Morāles intuitīvo pamatu svarīguma un morāles faktoru saistība ar lojalitāti militārā vidē

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis - noskaidrot, kā morāles faktori ir saistīti ar karavīru lojalitāti pret Nacionālajiem bruņotajiem spēkiem, vai morāles intuitīvie pamati prognozē augstāku karavīru morāli, un vai augstāki morāles faktoru un morāles intuitīvo pamatu rādītāji prognozē augstāku karavīru lojalitāti pret organizāciju. Pētījumā piedalījās 105 Studentu bataljona zemessargi. Tika izmantota morāles intuitīvo pamatu aptauja (Moral Foundations Questionnaire: 30-Item Full version-MFQ 30; Graham, Haidt & Nosek, 2008), morāles faktoru aptauja (An Instrument for Measuring Morale of Military Personnel in the Malaysian Army, Osman et al., 2018) un lojalitātes aptauja (The measurement of organizational commitment, Mowday et al., 1979). Pēc pētījuma rezultātu analīzes var secināt, ka pastāv pozitīva korelācija starp morāles faktoriem un lojalitāti, kā arī morāles intuitīvie pamati un morāles faktori statistiski nozīmīgi prognozē lojalitāti. Aplūkojot iegūtos datus var secināt, ka morāles intuitīvie pamati statistiski nozīmīgi prognozē vienības uzdevumu un mērķu izpildi, prāta stāvokli un gatavību rīkoties, gatavību pašuzupurēties, emocionālo stāvokli un ieinteresētību, vienības saliedētību un karavīru garīgo un morālo stāvokli. Morāles intuitīvais pamats lojalitāte nozīmīgi prognozē vienības uzdevumu un mērķu izpildi, savukārt gatavību pašuzupurēties un vienības saliedētību nozīmīgi prognozē taisnīgums. Morāles intuitīvais pamatats lojalitāte nozīmīgi prognozē emocionālo stāvokli un ieinteresētību, savukārt taisnīgums nozīmīgi prognozē karavīra garīgo un morālo stāvokli. The aim of the study is to find out how moral factors are related to soldiers' loyalty to the National Armed Forces, whether intuitive foundations of morality predict higher soldiers' morale, and whether higher moral factors and moral intuitive foundations predict higher soldiers' loyalty to the organization. 105 participants from militia of Students battalion took part in the study. The following surveys were used, the intuitive moral foundations questionnaire (30-Item Full version-MFQ 30; Graham, Haidt & Nosek, 2008), survey of moral factors (An Instrument for Measuring the Morale of Military Personnel in the Malaysian Army, Osman et al. , 2018) and a loyalty survey (The measurement of organizational commitment, Mowday et al., 1979). After the analysis of the research results, it can be concluded that there is a positive correlation between moral factors and loyalty, as well as intuitive foundations of morality and moral factors statistically significantly predict loyalty. Looking at the obtained data, it can be concluded that intuitive foundations of morality statistically significantly predict the fulfilment of the unit's tasks and goals, state of mind and readiness to act, readiness to self-sacrifice, emotional state and interest, unit cohesion and soldiers' mental and moral condition. The intuitive foundations of morality and loyalty, significantly predicts the fulfilment of the tasks and goals of the unit, while the readiness to self-sacrifice and the cohesion of the unit are significantly predicted by justice. Loyalty and the intuitive foundations of morality, significantly predicts the emotional state and interest, while justice significantly predicts the soldier's mental and moral state. Moral factors, readiness to self-sacrifice and unit cohesion statistically significantly predict loyalty. Key words: military environment, morality, loyalty
