Interoceptīvās izpratnes saistība ar sociālo trauksmi

Abstract

Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot vai starp sociālo trauksmi un interoceptīvo izpratni pastāv pozitīvas saistības. Lai to noskaidrotu, pētījumā piedalījās 156 dalībnieki vecumā no 18 līdz 60 gadiem (M = 29.06; SD = 10,29) no kuriem sievietes n = 129 (82.7%) un vīrieši n = 27 (17.3%), kas aizpildīja divas anketas – Sociālās trauksmes anketu un Interoceptīvās izpratnes daudzdimensionālās novērtēšanas anketu. Pētījuma rezultātos hipotēze neapstiprinājās un tika atklāts, ka starp interoceptīvo izpratni un sociālo trauksmi pastāv daļējas, statistiski nozīmīgas, negatīvas saistības. Papildus tam, tika atklāts, ka interoceptīvā izpratne kopā ar vecumu iespējams var izskaidrot lielu daļu sociālās trauksmes variācijas.

The aim of the study is to test whether there is a positive relationship between social anxiety and interoceptive awareness. The study involved 156 participants aged 18 to 60 years (M = 29.06; SD = 10.29), of whom women was n = 129 (82.7%) and men was n = 27 (17.3%), who completed two questionnaires – Social Interaction Anxiety Scale and Multidimensional Assessment of Interoceptive Awareness. The results of the study did not confirm the hypothesis and revealed that there is a partial, statistically significant, negative relationship between interoceptive awareness and social anxiety. In addition, it was found that interoceptive awareness along with age may explain much of the variation in social anxiety.
