Vecvecāku iesaistīšanās mazbērnu audzināšanā saistība ar emocionālo klimatu trīs paaudžu ģimenēs

Abstract

Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot, vai pastāv saistība starp vecvecāku iesaistes līmeni un emocionālo klimatu trīs paaudžu ģimenēs. Pētījumā piedalījās skolēni (n=56), kuri mācās vispārizglītojošo skolu no 10. līdz12. klasei un mitinās trīs paaudžu ģimenēs. Respondenti bija vecumā no 15 līdz 19 gadiem (M=17,49), no kuriem 70% ir meitenes un 30% zēni. Pētījumā izmantotajā anketā tika ievākti demogrāfiskie dati un informācija par ģimenes sastāvu, lai noskaidrotu, vai respondents mitinās trīs paaudžu ģimenē. Kā arī tika izmantotas divas aptaujas – vecvecāku iesaistes aptauja (Tan, Buchanan, Fluori & Attar-Schwartz, 2010) un ģimenes locekļu emocionālās ekspresivitātes aptauja (Cassidy, Parke, Butkovsky, Braungart, 1992). Vecvecāku iesaistes aptauja tika tulkota latviešu valodā. Veicot iegūto datu apstrādi tika konstatēts, ka pastāv statistiski nozīmīga pozitīva saistība starp vecvecāku iesaistes līmeni un pozitīvu emocionālo klimatu trīs paaudžu ģimenēs (r=0,32; p<0,05). Tomēr netika atrasta saistība starp vecvecāku iesaistes līmeni ģimenes emocionālo klimatu trīs paaudžu ģimenēs (r=-0,042 p>0,05).

The aim of this study was to see if there was a relationship between the level of involvement of grandparents and the emotional climate in three-generation families. The study involved students (n=56) who study in a general education institution form classes 10th to 12th and live in three generations families. The age of the respondents was form 15 to 19 years (M=17,49), of whaich 70% are girls and 30% boys. The questionnaire used in the study gathered demographics and family composion information to see if the respondents lived in three-generation families. As well as two surveys were used – a survey of the involvement of grandparents (Tan, Buchanan, Fluors & Attar-Schwartz, 2010) and the family emotional expression questionnaire, FEQ (Cassidy, Parke, Butkowski, Brungart, 1992). A survey of the involvement of grandparents was translated into Latvian. The processing of the resulting data showed that there was a statistically significant positive relationship between the level of grandparents involvement and positive emotional climate in the three-generation family (r=0,32; p<0,05). But no relationship was found between the level of grandparents involvement in the family’s emotional climate in three-generetion families. (r=-0,042 p>0,05).
