Vadītāja loma pedagogiem labvēlīgas darba vides nodrošināšanā Ogres novada vidusskolās

Abstract

Labvēlīga darba vide ir priekšnosacījums, lai cilvēki varētu paveikt savu darbu drošā, veselīgā un ērtā veidā. Darba vidi rada darbinieku mijiedarbība ar viņu organizatorisko klimatu, un tā ietver kā psiholoģiskos, tā arī fiziskos darba apstākļu. Bakalaura darbs izstrādāts par tēmu “Vadītāja loma pedagogiem labvēlīgas darba vides nodrošināšanā Ogres novada vidusskolās”. Ņemot vērā pedagogiem labvēlīgas darba vides nozīmi, pētījuma mērķis ir pētīt pedagogiem labvēlīgas darba vides faktorus Ogres novada vidusskolās, kas būtiski veicinātu darba kvalitāti un apmierinātību ar darbu. Darba autore Krista Mačuka Darbs sastāv no divām daļām – teorētiskās un empīriskās. Teorētiskajā daļā autore, balstoties uz pedagoģijas un psiholoģijas zinātnieku atziņām par pedagogu darba vidi, pētīja un analizēja darba vides terminu skaidrojumu kā arī pedagogu darba vides apakšnodaļu sadalījumu. Tā pat arī vadītāja pienākumus un rīcību labvēlīgas darba vides nodrošināšanā un uzturēšanā. Empīriskajā daļā tika aptaujāti divu Ogres novadu vidusskolu pedagogi. Pētījuma ietvaros tika intervēti divi šo izglītības iestāžu vadītāji, lai spētu salīdzināt viedokļus. Pamatojoties uz empīriskajā daļā atklātajām problēmām, tika izstrādāti priekšlikumi izglītības darba vadītājiem labvēlīgas darba vides uzturēšanā un nodrošināšanā pedagogiem. Darba apjoms ir 65 lapas, kuras ietver 37 attēlus, 58 avotus, no kuriem 36 ir ārzemju avoti, un 2 pielikumus.

A favorable work environment is a precondition for people to do their jobs in a safe, healthy and comfortable way. The work environment is created by the interaction of employees with their organizational climate, and includes both psychological and physical working conditions. The bachelor's thesis is developed on the topic "The role of the leader in ensuring a favorable work environment for teachers in Ogre region secondary schools". Taking into account the importance of a teacher-friendly work environment, the aim of the research is to study the factors of a teacher-friendly work environment in secondary schools in Ogre region, which would significantly promote the quality of work and job satisfaction. The author of the work is Krista Mačuka The work consists of two parts - theoretical and empirical. In the theoretical part, the author, based on the findings of pedagogy and psychology scientists about the work environment of teachers, researched and analyzed the explanation of work environment terms, as well as the division of teachers' work environment subdivisions. So is the manager's responsibilities and actions in ensuring and maintaining a favorable work environment. In the empirical part, teachers of two secondary schools in Ogre region were interviewed. As part of the study, two heads of these educational institutions were interviewed in order to be able to compare opinions. Based on the problems revealed in the empirical part, proposals were developed for maintaining and providing a favorable working environment for teachers. The volume of the work is 65 pages, which includes 37 images, 58 sources, of which 36 are foreign sources, and 2 appendices.
