Atmiņas uzlabošanas paņēmieni angļu valodas leksikas apguves veicināšanai pamatskolā

Abstract

Šajā bakalaura darbā tiek pētītas metodes, kuras veicina leksikas iegaumēšanu pamatskolā. Tajā tiek apskatīts atmiņas jēdziens, atmiņas īpatnības konkrētajai vecuma grupai. Pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt veidus, kā uzlabot izglītojamo vārdu krājuma saglabāšanos, piemērojot noteiktas atmiņas uzlabošanas metodes. Darbs sniedz pārskatu par teorētiskajiem avotiem, par mācību priekšmetu un empīrisko daļu, kurā tiek pētīts, cik lielā mērā izglītojamie ir spējīgi paplašināt savu vārdu krājumu, ja mācību procesā tiek pielietotas noteiktas atmiņas uzlabošanas metodes. Empīriskā daļa tika veikta pielietojot gadījuma izpētes metodi. Dati tika iegūti izmantojot anketas, novērošanas un novērtējuma metodi. Visi iegūtie dati tika apkopoti, izpētīti, analizēti un atspoguļoti diplomdarba empīriskajā daļā. Novērtējuma rezultāti pierādīja izvēlēto metožu un uzdevumu efektivitāti, jo tie veicināja izglītojamo vārdu krājuma attīstību. Turklāt mācību stundās izmantotās aktivitātes palielināja izglītojamo motivāciju un līdzdalības līmeni mācību procesā.

This diploma paper represents the most widely used memory improvement techniques used for successful vocabulary enrichment process. It discusses the concept of memory, peculiarities of memory for the particular age group. The aim of the research is to explore ways of enhancing learner`s vocabulary retention through the application of particular memory improvement techniques. It presents an overview on theoretical sources on the subject matter and the empirical part, which explores the extent of learners` ability to enrich their vocabulary, if particular memory improvement techniques are applied in the process of learning. For the empirical part the case study has been chosen. Data was collected by questionnairing, observation and assessment. All the collected data was summarized, explored, analyzed and shown in the empirical part of the Diploma Paper. The results of the assessment proved the efficiency of the selected methods and tasks, as they facilitated the development of the learners’ vocabulary . Moreover, the varied activities raised the children’s motivation and level of involvement in the study process.
