Droša vide kvalitatīvam biroja darbam

Abstract

Diplomdarbā tiek izklāstīta vajadzība radīt drošu, veselīgu darba vidi kvalitatīvam biroja darbam ne tikai normālos apstākļos, bet īpaši tad, kad epidemioloģiskā situācija pieprasa rūpīgāku pieeju šim jautājumam. Darba teorētiskajā nodaļā ir pētīta biroja vide kvalitatīvam darbam un biroja interjera dizaina tendences 2020. gada pandēmijas ietekmē. Darba empīriskajā nodaļā ir veikta dažādu biroju interjeru analīze. Biroji, kuri COVID-19 pandēmijas ietekmē tika pārveidoti un modificēti saskaņā ar epidemioloģiskas situācijas prasībām. Darba radošajā daļā ir autores izstrādātais interjera projekts biroja telpām nelielam celtniecības uzņēmumam. Izstrādājot darbu, autore nonāca pie galvenajām atziņām, ka pandēmijas ietekmē ir aktualizējies veselības un drošības jautājums attiecībā uz biroja telpu interjeru. Izstrādājot interjeru, ir jāņem vērā, gan tādi faktori un risinājumi, kas palīdz mazināt trokšņus, palielināt dabīgo apgaismojumu, veicina privātumu un atpūtas iespējas, kā arī telpu plānojuma un darbu vietu mobilitāte, iespējas tās pārvietot, norobežot un aprīkot ar atbilstošām tehnoloģijām. Darba apjoms ir 70 lapas (neskaitot pielikumus), tam ir pievienoti 22 pielikumi. Atslēgas vārdi: biroja vide, droši vides risinājumi, interjera dizains.

The diploma thesis emphasizes the need to create a safe, healthy working environment for quality office work under not only normal conditions, but also especially when the epidemiological situation requires a more careful approach to this issue. The theoretical part of the work studied the office environment for quality work and office interior design trends under the influence of the 2020 pandemic. In the empirical part of the work the analysis of various office interiors has been performed, including the offices that were rebuilt and modified in accordance with the requirements of the epidemiological situation because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The creative part of the work is the interior design of the office premises intended for a small construction company. During the development of the work, the author came to the main conclusions that the issue of health and safety in relation to the interior of office premises has become topical due to the pandemic. When designing the interior, both factors and solutions that help to reduce noise, increase natural light, promote privacy and leisure opportunities, as well as the mobility of layout and workplaces, the ability to relocate, enclose and equip them with appropriate technologies must be taken.
