Kognitīvo spēju testēšanas rīka izstrāde neirālo funkciju diagnostikas nolūkiem

Abstract

Darbā raksturoti dažādi kognitīvie testi un to digitalizācijas iespējas, kas iespējams palīdz noteikt potenciālas neiroloģiskās slimības. Praksē šādi testi tiek veikti klātienē drukātā formātā. Tā kā mūsdienu tehnoloģijas ļauj testus digitalizēt, darba ietvaros tika izstrādāta lietotne, kurā var kognitīvos testus pildīt digitāli. Pildot testus, tiek mērīts atbildes sniegšanas laiks un pareizība, demogrāfijas dati un citi konkrētam testam raksturīgi dati. Testu rezultātus var izmantot potenciālo neiroloģisko slimību prognozēšanai. Darba ietvaros tika veikts objektu perspektīvas testa pētījums. Pēc rezultātiem tika secināts, ka 60-70 gadīgiem cilvēkiem ar zināmām neiroloģiskām slimībām atbildes sniegšanas laiks ir ievērojami lēnāks, nekā tiem, kam nav zināmu neiroloģisku slimību.

This bachelor’s thesis defines different cognitive tests and their digitalization possibilities, which may help to detect potential neurological diseases. In practice these types of tests are done in person in paper form. Nowadays it is possible to digitalize these tests, so the goal of this thesis is to create a testing tool where these cognitive tests can be completed digitally. During the tests, the correctivness and time for providing an answer, demography data and other data is measured. The test results can be used to predict potential neurological diseases. As a part of the bachelor’s thesis, a study of object perspective test was conducted. The results provide some evidence that older people with known neurological diseases perform the test much slower than those without.
