Aktoru racionalitāte militāros uzbrukumos

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā “Aktoru racionalitāte militāros uzbrukumos” tiek analizēta abu Kalnu Karabaha konfliktā iesaistīto valstu racionalitāte veikt militāras operācijas Kalnu Karabahā 2020. gada septembrī, balstoties uz racionālā aktora modeļa teoriju. Abu valstu racionalitāte tiks vērtēta, balstoties uz darba teorētiskajā daļā izvirzītajiem racionālas darbības veikšanas principiem. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir veikt Azerbaidžānas un Armēnijas konflikta par Kalnu Karabahu racionalitātes novērtējumu. Darbā tika secināts, ka Azerbaidžānas veiktā izvēle var tikt atzīta kā racionāla, savukārt Armēnijas izvēle nevar tikt atzīta par racionālu.

The bachelor's thesis “Rationality of actors in military attacks” analyzes the rationality of both countries involved in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict to conduct military operations in Nagorno-Karabakh in September 2020, based on the theory of the rational actor model. The rationality of both countries will be assessed on the basis of the principles of rational action set out in the theoretical part of the work. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to assess the rationality of the conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia over Nagorno-Karabakh. The paper concluded that the choice made by Azerbaijan is recognized as rational, while the choice made by Armenia cannot be recognized as rational.
