E-veselības pakalpojumu pieņemšana Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā tiek aplūkota e-veselības sistēmas ieviešana Latvijā un tās ietekme uz medicīniskajiem pakalpojumiem, kā arī tiek analizēti e-veselības sistēmas pakalpojumu ieviešanas kavējošie un sekmējošie faktori. Pētījumā iegūtie rezultāti apstiprina izvirzīto hipotēzi, ka galvenie e-veselības ieviešanas kavējošie faktori bija, pirmkārt, e-veselības izstrādes tehniskās problēmas un lēndarbība, otrkārt, lietotāju zemās datorprasmes - nemācēšana strādāt ar šo sistēmu, treškārt, e-veselības sistēmas izstrādes neveiksmīgā plānošana un vadība.

The work of the Bachelor looks at the implementation of the e-Health system in Latvia and its impact on medical services, as well as at the analysis of the lingering and contributing factors in the implementation of e-health system services. The results of the study confirm the hypothesis that the main lingering factors in e-health implementation were, firstly, technical problems and slow labour in e-health development, and secondly, the low computer skills of users - not training to work with this system, thirdly, failed planning and management of the development of e-health systems.
