Vācijas un Polijas sabiedrības un politisko partiju reakcija uz bēgļu krīzi 2015. – 2019. gadā

Abstract

Maģistra darba „Vācijas un Polijas sabiedrības un politisko partiju reakcija uz bēgļu krīzi 2015. – 2019. gadā” mērķis ir izpētīt sabiedrības un politisko partiju reakciju uz bēgļu krīzi, nosakot, cik liela ir bēgļu krīzes ietekme uz sabiedrību un vēlētāju labēji radikālo populistisko partiju atbalstu Vācijā un Polijā. Kā pamatmetode darbā tiek izmantota salīdzinošā analīze. Darba mērķa sasniegšanai darbā izstrādāta teorētiskā un empīriskā daļa. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tiek skatīta bēgļu krīze ES un diskusijas ap to, kā arī radikāli labējo populistisko partiju ideoloģijas padziļināta izpēte, aplūkojot tās galvenās pazīmes, ieskaitot populismu un autoritārismu, kā arī pievēršot īpašu uzmanību natīvismam. Darba empīriskajā daļā tiek veikta Vācijas un Polijas gadījumu analīze. Balstoties uz informāciju no teorētiskās daļas, tiek pētīta sabiedrības reakcija uz bēgļu uzņemšanu Vācijā un Polijā, kā arī tiek veikta šo valstu radikāli labējo populistisko partiju un to vēlēšanu programmu analīze, un tiek pētīts vēlētāju atbalsts tām. Darba noslēgumā tiek izdarīti secinājumi, ka bēgļu krīze, kas satricināja Eiropu, sasniedzot savu maksimumu 2015. – 2016. gadā, palielināja atbalstu radikāli labējām partijām gan Vācijā, gan Polijā, jo migrācija ir šo partiju prioritārais jautājums.

The objective of the master's thesis "Response of German and Polish society and political parties to the refugee crisis in 2015 -2019" is to study the reaction of the society and the political parties to the refugee crisis, in order to state the impact of the refugee crisis on the society and the support to populist radical right parties in Germany and Poland. Comparative analysis is used as the basic method in the work. To achieve the objective of the work, theoretical and empirical parts have been developed. The theoretical part of the thesis addresses the refugee crisis in the EU and the discussions around it, as well as an in-depth study of the ideology of populist radical right parties, considering their main features, including populism and authoritarianism. In the empirical part of the work, the analysis of German and Polish cases is conducted. Based on the information gathered in the theoretical part, the public response to the reception of refugees in Germany and Poland, as well as the analysis of the populist radical right parties and their election programs in these countries, is conducted and support from the electorate is studied. The thesis concludes that the refugee crisis that shook Europe reaching the peak during 2015-2016, has increased support to radical right parties in both Germany and Poland, as migration is the priority issue for these parties.
