Aprūpes saimniecības kā sociālā uzņēmējdarbība laukos

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Aprūpes saimniecības kā sociālā uzņēmējdarbība laukos”. Darba mērķis – izpētīt aprūpes saimniecības kā iespējamu sociālās uzņēmējdarbības veidu laukos, balstoties lauku attīstības kontekstā. Izmantojot kvalitatīvās pētniecības metodi, tika veiktas daļēji strukturētas intervijas ar lauku saimniecību pārstāvjiem un ekspertiem. Darba metodoloģijas pamatā ir aģentu tīkla un noteikto vienību analīze. Pētījumā tiek secināts, ka aprūpes saimniecības kā sociālā uzņēmējdarbība laukos veicinātu mazaizsargātu personu sociālo integrāciju un nodarbinātību Latvijā. Pētnieciskais jautājums – kādi faktori kavē aprūpes saimniecību kā sociālās uzņēmējdarbības veicēju attīstību Latvijas laukos? Tiek secināts, ka viens no nozīmīgākajiem faktoriem, kas kavē aprūpes saimniecību un sociālo uzņēmējdarbību attīstību laukos kopumā, ir informācijas nepietiekamība.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is “Care farms as social entrepreneurship in rural areas”. The aim of this research is to study care farms as a possible type of social entrepreneurship in rural areas, based on the context of rural development. Using the qualitative research method, semi-structured interviews were conducted with farm representatives and experts. Research methodology is based on analysis of the agent network and the determined units. The study concludes that care farms, as social entrepreneurship in rural areas, would promote the social integration and employment of vulnerable people in Latvia. Research question – what factors are preventing the development of care farms as social entrepreneurship performers in Latvia's rural areas? It is concluded that one of the most important factors preventing the development of care farms and social entrepreneurship in rural areas in general is the lack of information.
