Aprūpes pakalpojumi senioriem Rēzeknes novadā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Aprūpes pakalpojumi senioriem Rēzeknes novadā”. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot Rēzeknes novadā pieejamos aprūpes pakalpojumus un senioru viedokli par tiem. Darbs sastāv no sešām nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek skaidroti pētījumā izmantotie jēdzieni. Nākamajā darba nodaļā ir norādīts, kādus sociālās aprūpes pakalpojumus ir iespējams saņemt Rēzeknes novadā. Trešajā un ceturtajā nodaļā tiek apskatīta aģentu tīklu teorija un apkopoti ārzemēs un Latvijā veikti pētījumi par aprūpes pakalpojumu pieejamību un apmierinātību. Piektajā nodaļā ir pētījuma metodoloģijas apraksts, bet sestajā nodaļā iegūto rezultātu analīze. Kopumā pētījumā tiek secināts, ka seniori, kuri saņem sociālās aprūpes pakalpojumus Rēzeknes novadā, ir apmierināti gan ar pakalpojumu kvalitāti, gan pakalpojumu dažādību. Saistībā ar aģentu tīklu teoriju tika noskaidrots, ka aģenta rīcība spēj radīt pārmaiņas aprūpes pakalpojumu tīklos, sekmējot izmaiņas arī citu aģentu rīcībā.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is "Care services for seniors in Rēzekne district". The aim of this research is to find out what are the available care services for seniors in Rēzekne district. This study consists of six chapters. The first chapter explains the concepts used in the research. The next chapter indicates what kind of social care services can be received in Rēzekne district. The third and fourth chapters review the agent network theory and present summarized research on the availability and satisfaction of care services abroad and in Latvia. The fifth chapter contains a description of the research methodology, but the sixth chapter contains an analysis of the results obtained. In general, the study concludes that seniors who receive social care services in Rēzekne district are satisfied with both – the quality and the variety of services. In connection with the theory of agent networks, it was found that the actions of an agent can create changes in the networks of care services, promoting changes in the actions of other agents as well.
