Starpinstitucionālā sadarbība sociālajā darbā ar deviantas uzvedības pusaudžiem Cesvaines novadā

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma: Starpinstitucionālā sadarbība sociālajā darbā ar deviantas uzvedības pusaudžiem Cesvaines novadā. Pētījuma mērķis: Izpētīt un noskaidrot kā tiek organizēta un norisinās starpinstitucionālā sadarbība sociālajā darbā ar deviantas uzvedības pusaudžiem Cesvaines novada pašvaldības sociālajā dienestā. Diplomdarba teorijas daļā tika analizēti jau notikušie pētījumi gan pasaulē, gan Latvijā par starpinstitucionālo sadarbību sociālajā darbā ar deviantas uzvedības pusaudžiem, kā arī tika analizēti pieejamie pētījumi par devianto uzvedību pusaudžiem. Pētījuma metodes: 1)literatūras analīze; 2)daļēji strukturētas intervijas; 3)anketēšana; 4)datu analīze – kontentanalīze; 5)aprakstošā metode. Starpinstitucionālā sadarbība sociālajā darbā ar deviantas uzvedības pusaudžiem tiek organizēta, ievērojot pusaudžu vecumposma īpatnības un intereses. Pakalpojumi, kuri tiek sniegti deviantas uzvedības pusaudžiem Cesvaines novada pašvaldības sociālajā dienestā, ir palīdzības sniegšana ģimenēm ar deviantas uzvedības pusaudžiem, sociālo problēmu mazināšana un atbalstot ģimenes un deviantas uzvedības pusaudžus problēmu risināšanā. Uzlabot sadarbību starp institūcijām, iesaistot baznīcu un nevalstiskās organizācijas.

Diploma thesis subject: Inter-institutional cooperation in social work with deviant behavioural teens in Cesvaine municipality. Purpose of the study: Explore and clarify how interinstitutional cooperation in social work with teens of deviant behaviour is organised and developed in the social service of the municipality of Cesvaine. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis analysed the studies that have already taken place both in the world and in Latvia on inter-institutional cooperation in social work with deviant behavioural teens, as well as the available studies on deviant behaviour in teens. Study methods: 1)literature analysis; 2)semi-structured interviews; 3)questionnaire; 4)data analysis - content analysis; 5)descriptive method. Interinstitutional cooperation in social work with deviant behavioural teens is organised taking into account the specificities and interests of the teenager age. Services provided to deviant behavioural teens in the social service of the municipality of Cesvaine include providing assistance to families with deviant behavioural adolescents, reducing social problems and supporting family and deviant behavioural teens in solving problems. Improve cooperation between institutions through the involvement of church and non-governmental organisations. Key words: interinstitutional collaboration, family, deviant behavior, teens
