Nepilngadīgo un pilngadīgo personu komunikācijas draudi un sekas iepazīšanās lietotnē "Tinder"

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Nepilngadīgo un pilngadīgo personu komunikācijas draudi un sekas iepazīšanās lietotnē “Tinder””. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt nepilngadīgo un pilngadīgo personu komunikācijas iespējamos draudus un sekas iepazīšanās lietotnē "Tinder". Bakalaura darba teorētiskā bāze pamatā balstās uz ārzemju pētījumiem par un ap aplikāciju “Tinder”: par pētījumiem, kuros analizēta “Tinder” un līdzīgu aplikāciju drošība un preventīvie drošības pasākumi situācijās, kad kāda no pusēm – pilngadīgais vai nepilngadīgais, lietojot sociālos tīklus iepazīšanās nolūkā, norāda nepareizu vecumu vai rada kādus citus draudus, kuru rezultātā var draudēt kriminālatbildība. Pētījumā tika veikta konstatējošais eksperiments, kurā tika izveidoti divi pētījuma profili ar acīmredzamu informāciju, ka reģistrētie personāži ir nepilngadīgi, un balstoties uz “Tinder” lietotāju atsaucību, tika ievākta anonīma statistika ar “matches” un saņemto ziņojumu skaitu. Tika veiktas arī trīs intervijas, kurās tika intervēts Valsts Policijas, medijpratības un drossinternets.lv pārstāvji.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is “Communication threats and consequences of minors and adults in the dating application “Tinder””. The aim of the work is to study the threats and consequences of communication opportunities for minorities and complete individuals in the dating application "Tinder". The theoretical basis of the bachelor's thesis is mainly based on foreign research on and around the application "Tinder": on research analyzing the safety of "Tinder" and similar applications and preventive safety measures in situations where one of the parties is an adult or a minor using social networks for dating, indicates an incorrect age or poses any other threat that may result in criminal liability. The study included an exploratory experiment in which two study profiles were created with the obvious information that the registered characters were minors, and based on the responsiveness of Tinder users, anonymous statistics were collected on the number of matches and the number of messages received. Three interviews were also conducted, in which representatives of the State Police, media literacy and drossinternets.lv were interviewed.
