Sociālais darbs ar līdzatkarīgu personu saistībā ar alkohola atkarīgu personu

Abstract

Pētījuma tēma ir “ Sociālais darbs ar līdzatkarīgu personu saistībā ar alkohola atkarīgu personu”. Pētījuma mērķis ir mērķis ir pētīt sociālo darbu ar līdzatkarības problēmu saistībā ar alkohola atkarīgu personu, sociālajā dienestā un nevalstiskajās organizācijās. Pētījuma teorētiskā bāze balstās sistēmu un ekoloģiskajā teorijā, kā arī Transteorētiskā pārmaiņu modeļa pārmaiņu posmos. Darbā autore apskata līdzatkarības cēloņus, izpausmes un sekas līdzatkarīga cilvēka attiecībās ar alkohola atkarīgu cilvēku. Pētījumā autore izzina sociālo darbu ar līdzatkarīgu personu saistībā ar alkohola atkarīgu personu Latvijā. Pētījums ir kvalitatīvs gadījuma pētījums, kurā kā datu vākšanas metodes izmantotas daļēji strukturētas intervijas ar sociālajiem darbiniekiem valsts, pašvaldību un nevalstiskajā organizācijā. Pētījuma empīriskajā daļā tiek veikta interviju analīze, izmantojot tematiskās analīzes metodi un Transteorētiskā pārmaiņu modeļa sešas stadijas. Pētījuma rezultāti atklāj, ka sociālais darbs ar līdzatkarīgām personām saistībā ar alkohola atkarīgām personām izlases gadījumos notiek, pamatojoties uz sistēmisko un ekoloģisko pieeju, kā arī individuāli, ievērojot klientu gatavības pakāpi pārmaiņām. Autore secina, ka jāpilnveido sociālais darbs ar līdzatkarīgām personām alkohola atkarīgo personu atveseļošanās laikā, tā nodrošinot sociālā darba ar atkarīgām personām pēctecību.

The topic of the research is "Social work with a co-dependent person in relation to an alcohol dependent person". The aim of the study is to research social work with the problem of co-dependence in relation to alcohol addicts, social service and non-governmental organizations. The theoretical basis of the research is based on systems and ecological theory, as well as the stages of change in the Trans-theoretical model of change. In the work, the author examines the causes, manifestations and consequences of co - dependence in a co - dependent person 's relationship with an alcohol dependent person. In the study, the author explores social work with a co-dependent person in connection with an alcohol addict in Latvia. The study is a qualitative case study using semi-structured interviews with social workers in the state, local government and non-governmental organization as data collection methods. In the empirical part of the research, the analysis of interviews is performed using the method of thematic analysis and the six stages of the Trans-Theoretical Model of Change. The results of the study reveal that social work with co-addicts in relation to alcohol addicts in random cases takes place on the basis of a systemic and ecological approach, as well as individually, taking into account the degree of readiness of clients for change. The author concludes that social work with co-addicts should be improved during the recovery of alcohol addicts, thus ensuring the continuity of social work with addicts.
