Māsas kompetence un sagatavotība pacientu triāžai neatliekamās medicīniskās palīdzības uzņemšanas klīnikā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Māsas kompetence un sagatavotība pacientu triāžai neatliekamās medicīniskās palīdzības uzņemšanas klīnikā”. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot māsas kompetenci un sagatavotību pacientu triāžai neatliekamās palīdzības uzņemšanas nodaļā. Pētījuma uzdevumi ir apkopot un izanalizēt literatūras avotus par triāžas procesu, tā nozīmīgumu, māsu kompetencēm un sagatavotību pacientu triāžā neatliekamās medicīniskās palīdzības klīnikā, sasaistīt bakalaura darba tēmu ar Dorotejas Oremas Pašaprūpes teoriju, izstrādāt pētniecības instrumentu, veikt pētījumu un intervēt respondentus, apstrādāt un izanalizēt iegūtos datus, izveidot secinājumus un priekšlikumus. Pētījuma jautājums- kāda ir māsas kompetence un sagatavotība pacientu triāžai neatliekamās palīdzības uzņemšanas klīnikā? Pētniecības instruments- intervija ar atvērtiem jautājumiem. Pētījuma ietvaros tika intervēti 6 respondenti. Pētījuma rezultāti tika apkopoti un izanalizēti. Pētījuma būtiskākie secinājumi: Respondentu izpratne par māsu kompetencēm un sagatavotību pacientu triāžai neatliekamās medicīniskās palīdzības klīnikā ir dažāda. Respondenti rekomendē attīstīt psiholoģiskās noturības prasmi un regulāri trenēt kritisko un analītisko domāšanu, trenēt prioritātes izvirzīšanu, izvirzīt mērķus. Pēc respondentu ieteikumiem regulāri organizēt simulācijas un cita veida apmācības, lai veicinātu izpratni par māsu kompetencēm un gūtu profesionālu sagatavotību veicot pacientu triāžu neatliekamās medicīniskās palīdzības klīnikā. Darbs sastāv no 54 Lappusēm, izmantoti 25 literatūras avoti.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "Nurse's competence and readiness for a patient triad in emergency clinic". The aim of the research is to find out the competence and readiness of nurses for the patient triad in the medical emergency department. The tasks of the research are to collect and analyze literature sources on the triage process and it’s significance; nursing competencies and training in patient triage in emergency clinic; to link the bachelor's thesis with Dorothy Orema Self-Care Theory; develop a research tool; conduct research and interview respondents; process and analyze data; draw conclusions and make proposals. Research question - what is the competence and readiness of nurses for the patient triad in emergency clinic? Research tool – qualitative interview. Within the study, 6 respondents were interviewed. The results of the study were summarized and analyzed. The main conclusions of the study: Respondents’ understanding of nurses competencies and readiness for patient triad in the emergency clinic is different. Respondents recommend developing the skills of psychological resilience and regularly train critical and analytical thinking, train setting priorities, set goals. According to the respondents’ recommendations, to regularly organize simulations and other types of training in order to promote understanding of nurses' competencies and gain professional training when performing patient triads in the emergency medical clinic. The work consists of 54 pages and used 25 literature sources.
