Abstract

Bakalaura darba „Personāla vadības pilnveidošana kafejnīcās „Junge.lv”” mērķis ir sniegt efektīvus priekšlikumus, lai pilnveidotu personāla vadību kafejnīcās „Junge.lv”. Temata aktualitāti nosaka augsta personāla mainība uzņēmumā, kas rada nevajadzīgas izmaksas un norāda uz kļūdām personāla vadībā. Pirmajā nodaļā ir teorētiski izvērtēta personāla vadības nozīme uzņēmuma stratēģiskajā vadībā un aplūkoti intervijas rezultāti ar publiskās ēdināšanas iestāžu vadītāju. Otrajā nodaļā tiek analizēti personāla vadības aspekti uzņēmumā „Junge.lv”. Trešajā nodaļā tiek aplūkoti pētījuma rezultāti par uzņēmuma „Junge.lv” personāla viedokli. Balstoties uz iegūto informāciju ir sniegti efektīvi priekšlikumi personāla vadības pilnveidošanai uzņēmumā „Junge.lv”. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 71 lapas, 34 attēliem, 5 tabulām un tam ir pievienoti 7 pielikumi.

The aim of bachelor thesis „Improving Human Resource Management in Cafeterias „Junge.lv” is to create suggestions to improve human resource management in cafeterias „Junge.lv”. There is a high level of staff turnover that indicates supplementary costs and mistakes in human resource management. The first chapter states the importance of the aspects of HRM in strategic management and evaluates the results of an interview with a manager of another cafeteria. The second chapter describes the current situation in the company “Junge.lv”. The research questioning the opinion of the staff in the cafeterias “Junge.lv” is described in the third chapter. On the basis of the information obtained efficient suggestions have been given to improve HRM in cafeterias „Junge.lv”. The bachelor thesis consists of 71 pages, 34 pictures, 4 tables and 7 appendices.
