Atslēgas vārdi : bērni vecumā no 2 – 3 gadiem, pedagogs, novērojums, rotaļa, radošums. Darba apjoms : darbs satāv no 44 lpp., 2. tabulām, izmantoti 58 literatūras un informācijas avoti, pievienoti 2 pielikumi. The topic of the qualification paper: promoting the mathematical skills of 2 – 3 year old children in outdoor classes. Author of the work: Agnese Ozola Scientific supervisor of the work: Dr.paed. Dagnija Vigule Theoretical part or the work: various authors and psychologists acknowledged that the developmental needs of 2 – 3 year old children were also studied and analyzed. It is concluded that 2 – 3 year old children learn the basics of mathematics by working with toys and various subjects. Practical part of the work: during the practical part the author used the observation method. Children’s achievements in mathematics before and after the study were observed. The results of the assessment were summarized in tables.Children were offered activities to promote mathematical prowess at the age of 2 – 3 through toys. Analyzing the main results of the study, the author concludes that playing in the fresh air is a successful way to give children first insights into math as well as positive emotions and imagination. The work of the hypothesis has been cinfirmed. Keywords: children aged 2 – 3 years, cousin, observation, playgame, creativity. Thesis consists of: 44 pages, 2 tables, 58 literature and information sources, 2 appendices.
