Refleksija skolotāju pedagoģiskās darbības pilnveidei COVID-19 apstākļos

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir “Refleksija skolotāju pedagoģiskās darbības pilnveidei COVID-19 apstākļos”. Tēma ir aktuāla, jo pedagoģijā jēdziens “refleksija” tiek izmantots bieži, taču skolotāji tā nozīmi arvien apgūst. Par refleksiju Latvijā lielākoties runā kā par mācību stundas noslēguma daļu, neatklājot plašās refleksijas iespējas un ieguvumus pedagogam, ja tas reflektētu savu pedagoģisko darbību. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt refleksijas būtību, tās ietvarus un pielietojumu COVID – 19 apstākļos skolotāju pedagoģiskās darbības pilnveidei un izstrādāt rekomendācijas skolas skolotājiem un administrācijai. Pētījuma jautājumi: 1.Kādi ir skolotāju pieņēmumi par refleksijas pielietojumu/izmantojamību pedagoģiskās darbības pilnveidei? 2.Kādi ir skolotāju pedagoģisko darbību reflektēšanu ietekmējošie faktori? 3.Kā skolas administrācija var sekmēt skolotāju ierosinātas refleksijas izmantošanu savas pedagoģiskās darbības pilnveidei krīzes (Covid -19) apstākļos? Maģistra darbs sastāv no divām daļām: teorētiskās daļas un empīriskās daļas – veiktā izmēģinājuma pētījuma. Pirmajā daļa autore iepazinās un analizēja teoriju par refleksiju, refleksijas nozīmi pedagoģijā un refleksijas modeļiem. Otrajā daļā autore veica izmēģinājuma pētījumu, kura ietvaros tika intervēti 8 pedagogi, tam sekoja fokusgrupas intervija ar 5 dalībniekiem, tad tika veikta skolotāju un skolas administrācijas anketēšana, visbeidzot 8 skolotāju un 4 administrācijas pārstāvju intervēšana par refleksijas nozīmi skolotāja pedagoģiskajā darbā COVID-19 apstākļos.

The topic of the master’s thesis is “A reflection on teachers pedagogical activities improvement of the COVID-19”. The topic is relevant because the term “reflection” is often used in pedagogy, but teachers are still learning its meaning. Reflection in Latvia is mostly talked about as the final part of the lesson without revealing the wide possibilities and benefits of reflection to the teacher, if it would reflect his / her pedagogical activity. The aim of the master 's thesis is to study the essence of reflection, its framework and application in COVID - 19 conditions for the improvement of teachers' pedagogical activity and to develop recommendations for school administration. Research questions: 1. What are the teachers' assumptions about the application / usability of reflection for the improvement of pedagogical activity? 2. What are the factors influencing the reflection of teachers' pedagogical activities? 3. How can the school administration promote the use of teacher-initiated reflection to improve its pedagogical performance in times of crisis (Covid -19)? The master's thesis consists of two parts: the theoretical part and the empirical part - a pilot study. In the first part the author got acquainted with and analyzed the theory of reflection, the role of reflection in pedagogy and models of reflection. In the second part, the author conducted a pilot study in which 8 teachers were interviewed, followed by a focus group interview with 5 participants, then a survey of teachers and school administration, and finally 8 teachers and 4 representatives of the administration about the role of reflection in teacher pedagogical work in COVID-19.
