Abstract

Ilze Kricka Pētījuma mērķis: izpētīt un analizēt pedagogu savstarpējo attiecību nozīmi izglītības iestādē, izprast iemeslus, kas veido attiecības, to nepieciešamību un ietekmi uz darba procesa norisi. Pētījuma uzdevumi: Veikt datu analīzi par pedagogu savstarpējām attiecībām Pēc anketu datiem analizē attiecību nozīmi izglītības iestādē Izprast konfliktsituācijas starp pedagogiem Pētījuma metodes: Teorētiskā - zinātniskās literatūras un avotu analīze Empīriskā- anketas Pētījuma bāze: pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes pedagogi dažādos novados. Kvalifikācijas darbu veido 2 nodaļas – teorētiskās un empīriskās daļas. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek izklāstīta teorija un jēdzienu skaidrojums par pedagogu savstarpējām attiecībām, pedagoģisko procesu un konfliktu ietekmi darba procesā, par kopīgo mērķu nozīmi izglītības iestādē, lomām un pārmaiņām pedagogiem, kā arī par vadības ietekmi uz izglītības iestādi un vadības nozīmi pedagogu sadarbības veicināšanai. Otrā nodaļā tiek izklāstīta empīriskā daļa, kura sastāv no divām apakšnodaļām. Pirmā apakšnodaļā tiek izklāstīta metodoloģija, bet otrā apakšnodaļā atspoguļoti datu rezultāti un to analīze. Pētījumā izmantotās metodes ir aptaujas anketa, kura tika izsūtīta pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes pedagogiem Ventspilī, Dundagā, Tukumā un Kuldīgā, lai saņemtu plašu pedagogu viedokļu un pieredzes dažādību pētījuma veikšanai. Apkopojot datus tika veikta datu analīze par pedagogu savstarpējo attiecību nozīmi izglītības iestādē, to ietekmi un iemesliem, tāpat arī par izglītības iestādes vadības iesaisti un ieguldījumu, lai veicinātu labvēlīgas attiecības starp pedagogiem. Kvalifikācijas darba nobeigumā tiek izteikti darba autores secinājumi par pētījuma tēmu, pētījuma problēmu un pētījuma darba norisi. Pielikumā tiks pievienota pētījumam izveidotā un izmantotā aptaujas anketa. Kvalifikācijas darba apjoms 46 lpp. Kvalifikācijas darbā tiks izmantoti 32 avoti – grāmatas un internetā atrastā informācija. Structure of the research: introduction, two parts, conclusion. The qualification work consists of 2 chapters - theoretical and empirical parts. The first chapter presents the theory and explanation of concepts about the relationship between teachers, the impact of pedagogical processes and conflicts in the work process, the importance of common goals in the educational institution, roles and changes in teachers, and the impact of leadership on education and leadership. The second chapter presents the empirical part, which consists of two subsections. The first section describes the methodology, while the second section presents the results of the data and their analysis. The methods used in the study are a questionnaire sent to pre-school teachers in Ventspils, Dundaga, Tukums and Kuldiga to receive a wide variety of teachers' views and experiences for the study. When collecting the data, an analysis of the importance of the relationship between teachers in the educational institution, their impact and reasons, as well as the involvement and contribution of the management of the educational institution to promote favorable relations between teachers will be performed.At the end of the qualification paper, the author's conclusions about the research topic, research problem and the course of the research work will be expressed. The questionnaire created and used for the study will be attached. Volume of qualification work is 46 pages. 32 sources used in the qualification work – books and information from the internet.
