Izpratnes veidošanās par veselīgu dzīvesveidu bērniem pirmsskolā

Abstract

Darba autors: Aleksa Blanka Darba vadītājs: Prof. Tija Zīriņa Darba nosaukums: „Izpratnes veidošanās par veselīgu dzīvesveidu bērniem pirmsskolā”. Pētījuma mērķis: Palīdzēt pirmsskolas vecuma bērniem izprast veselīga dzīvesveida nozīmi. Uzdevumi: 1. Izpētīt un analizēt pedagogu, psihologu un citu literāro darbu autoru teorijas par veselīga dzīvesveida nozīmi un to jēdzienu. 2. Izpētīt pirmsskolas bērnu attīstības likumsakarības un īpatnības vecākajā pirmsskolas vecumā. 3. Izvēlēties atbilstošus paņēmienus bērnu izziņas papildināšanai par veselīgu dzīvesveidu. 4. Veikt pētījumu par bērnu izpratnes veidošanos par veselīgu dzīvesveidu. 5. Veikt secinājumus, balstoties uz pētījumā iegūto datu un informācijas interpretāciju par veselīga dzīvesveida paņēmieniem pirmsskolā. Teorētiskajā darba daļā atlasot veselīgam dzīvesveidam atbilstošu literatūru tika veikts pētījums un analīze, kurā tika noskaidrota veselīga dzīvesveida nozīme pirmsskolas vecuma bērniem. Ņemot pedagogu, psihologu un citu grāmatu autoru teorijas, tika raksturots veselīga dzīvesveida jēdziens, likumsakarību raksturojums (kognitīvā, emocionālā, fiziskā attīstība) un pirmsskolas pedagoģiskie paņēmieni, kas veicinātu bērnu izpratni par veselīgu dzīvesveidu. Pētījuma daļā balstoties uz atlasītajiem literatūras darbu kritērijiem, kas atsaucas uz veselīga dzīvesveida izpratni un pirmsskolas vecumposmu attīstību likumsakarību tika izstrādāti kritēriji trijos līmeņos. Secinājums: Pirmsskolas bērniem izpratne par veselīgu dzīvesveidu rodas, ja bērni paši iekārto mācību vidi un piedalās visā izzināšanas procesā, sākot ar jautājumu rašanu beidzot ar atbilžu meklēšanu un atrašanu. Kvalifikācijas darbs ietver: 45lpp., 3tabulas, 1attēlu, 25 literatūras avotus, 1 pielikumu. Atslēgas vārdi: veselība, dzīvesveids, pedagoģiskā darbība, izpratnes veidošana.

Aim of the study: To help preschool children understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Study tasks: 1. To study and analyze the theories of pedagogues, psychologists, and other authors of literary works about the importance of a healthy lifestyle and their concept. 2. To study the regularities and peculiarities of the development of preschool children in the oldest preschool age. 3. Choose appropriate methods to supplement children's knowledge of a healthy lifestyle. 4. To study on the development of children's understanding of a healthy lifestyle. 5. To draw conclusions based on the interpretation of research data and information on healthy lifestyle in preschool. In the theoretical part of the work, a study and analysis were performed to select the literature suitable for a healthy lifestyle, in which the importance of a healthy lifestyle for preschool children was clarified. Considering the theories of teachers, psychologists and other book authors, the concept of a healthy lifestyle, characterization of regularities (cognitive, emotional, physical development) and preschool pedagogical techniques that would promote children's understanding of a healthy lifestyle were described. In the part of the study, based on the selected criteria of literature work, which refers to the understanding of a healthy lifestyle and the regularity of the development of preschool age, criteria were developed at three levels. Conclusion: Pupils' understanding of a healthy lifestyle arises when children set up their own learning environment and participate in the whole cognitive process, from asking questions to finding and finding answers.
