Pedagogu aizspriedumi kā pusaudžu priekšlaicīgas mācību pārtraukšanas riska faktors skolēnu skatījumā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba autors ir Latvijas Universitātes Pedagoģijas, psiholoģijas un mākslas fakultātes programmas “Izglītības darba vadītājs un viena mācību priekšmeta skolotājs” students Toms Reinis. Bakalaura darba vadītāja ir profesore Dr.paed. Zanda Rubene. Bakalaura darba “Pedagogu aizspriedumi kā pusaudžu priekšlaicīgas mācību pārtraukšanas riska faktors skolēnu skatījumā” mērķi ir pētīt priekšlaicīgas mācību pārtraukšanas aktualitāti Eiropā un Latvijā, analizēt cēloņus un faktorus, kas to ietekmē. Kā arī - pētīt aizsprieduma veidus, to mijiedarbību ar mācību procesu. Bakalaura darba mērķa sasniegšanai tika izvirzīti sekojoši uzdevumi: pētīt normatīvo regulējumu un attīstības dokumentus priekšlaicīgas mācību pārtraukšanas mazināšanas kontekstā; noskaidrot, kādi ir priekšlaicīgas mācību pārtraukšanas riska faktori, raksturot tos; pētīt aizsprieduma jēdzienu un komunikācijas īpatnības pusaudžu un pedagogu starpā; pētīt vienas izglītības iestādes pedagogu aizspriedumu un priekšlaicīgu mācību pārtraukšanas mijiedarbību; izvirzīt priekšlikumus PMP mazināšanai un pedagogu izglītošanas iespējām par PMP un aizspriedumu ietekmi uz to. Mērķa sasniegšanai bakalaura darbā tiek izmantota literatūras, plānošanas un attīstības dokumentu analīze. Izglītojamo viedokļa noskaidrošanai tiek izmantota aptauja. Balstoties uz iegūtajiem rezultātiem, pētījumā tiek secināts, ka pedagogu aizspriedumi ir viens no priekšlaicīgas mācību pārtraukšanas faktoriem. Bakalaura darbu veido četras nodaļas un divas apakšnodaļas. Darbā ievietoti 26 attēli un 2 pielikumi.

The author of the bachelor’s thesis is a student at the University of Latvia, Faculty of Education, Psychology and Art program "Supervisor of education work and teacher of one subject", Toms Reinis. The supervisor of the bachelor's thesis is Professor Dr.paed. Zanda Rubene. The goal of the bachelor’s thesis “Teachers prejudices as a risk factor for early school leaving for students” is to study the topicality of early school leaving in Europe and Latvia, to analyze the causes and factors that affect it. Also, to study different types of prejudice and their interaction with the learning process. In order to achieve the goal of the bachelor's thesis, the following tasks were set: to study the regulatory framework and documents of development in the context of reducing early school leaving; to find out what are the risk factors for early school leaving, to describe them; to study the concept of prejudice and the peculiarities of communication between adolescents and teachers; to study the interaction between the prejudices of teachers of one educational institution and early school leaving; to put forward proposals for the reduction of ESL and opportunities for educating teachers about ESL and the impact of prejudice on it. To achieve the goal, the analysis of literature, planning, and development documents are used in the bachelor's thesis. A survey is used to find out the opinion of the learners. Based on the obtained results, the study concludes that teachers' prejudices are one of the factors in early school leaving. The bachelor's thesis consists of four chapters and two subchapters. The work contains 26 pictures and 2 appendices.
