Darba samaksas organizācija un tās pilnveidošanas iespējas uzņēmumā SIA "BDC Grupa"

Abstract

Diplomdarba mērķis ir izpētīt uzņēmuma SIA „BDG Grupa” darba samaksas organizāciju un izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma darba samaksas organizācijas pilnveidošanai un uzlabošanai. Darbs strukturēts trijās daļās. Pirmajā daļā tiek iepazīti darba samaksas organizācijas teorētiskie aspekti. Otrajā daļā - uzņēmuma SIA „BDG Grupa” darbības un grāmatvedības kārtošanas raksturojums. Trešajā daļā tiek veikts darba samaksas organizācijas raksturojums un tās novērtējums, ar praktiskiem piemēriem tiek aprēķināta darba alga, tiek izstrādāti priekšlikumi darba samaksas organizācijas uzlabošanai. Diplomdarbs pamatojas uz LR normatīvo aktu prasībām, speciālās literatūras, interneta pieejamiem resursiem, anketas rezultātiem, kā arī SIA „BDG Grupa” nepublicētiem materiāliem. Diplomdarba apjoms ir 59 lappuses, 10 tabulas, 5 attēli un 6 pielikumi. Atslēgvārdi: darba samaksas organizācija, darba samaksas aprēķins, darba samaksas uzskaite, SIA „BDG Grupa”.

The aim of the diploma paper is to investigate the organization of wage of the company “BDG Grupa” Ltd. and to develop proposals for perfecting and improving the organization of company’s wage. The paper is developed in three parts. In the first part the theoretical aspects of the organization of wage are explored. The second part deals with the characterization of the activity and accounting of the company “BDG Grupa” Ltd. In the third part the description and evaluation of the organization of wage is carried out, as well as the calculation of salary with the help of practical examples and the development of proposals for improvement of the wage organization. The diploma paper is based on the legislation requirements of the Republic of Latvia, specific literature, Internet-based resources, the results of the questionnaire and unpublished materials of “BDG Grupa” Ltd. Diploma paper consists of 59 pages, 10 tables, 5 figures and 6 appendices. Key words: the organization of wage, the calculation of wage, the accounting of wage, „BDG Grupa” Ltd.
