MĀCĪŠANĀS MOTIVĀCIJAS VEICINĀŠANAS PAŅĒMIENI VECĀKĀ PIRMSSKOLAS VECUMA BĒRNIEM

Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats. Mācīšanās motivācijas veicināšanas paņēmieni vecākā pirmsskolas vecuma bērniem. Darba autore: Jekaterina Rezņika. Darba mērķis: noteikt dažādu mācīšanās motivāciju veicinošo paņēmienu nozīmi un to izmantošanas efektivitāti vecākā pirmsskolas vecuma bērniem. Mērķa sasniegšanai teorētiskajā daļā tika izanalizēta pedagoģiskā un psiholoģiskā literatūra par motivācijas būtību, tās avotiem un sastāvdaļām, īpaši izdalot mācīšanās motivāciju un tās veidus. Darba autore raksturo mācīšanās motivācijas sfēras īpatnības 5-6 gadīgiem bērniem, esošos šajā vecumā motīvus, sniedz pārskatu par mācīšanās motivāciju veicinošiem faktoriem un paņēmieniem 5-6 gadīgiem bērniem. Par teorētiskās daļas izstrādes bāzi kalpo sekojošu autoru pētījumi: H. Hekhauzen, I. Žogla, R. Baltušīte, G. Felzers, G. Svence, U. Opolcere, A. Markova, I. Iļjins, L. Božoviča u.c. Empīriskajā daļā autore apraksta eksperimentu, kura laikā 5-6 gadīgie bērni piedalās nodarbību kompleksā, kura tiek iekļauti dažādi mācīšanās motivāciju veicinošie faktori. Nodarbību komplekss tika izstrādāts atbilstoši bērnu interesēm un vajadzībām. Darbā sīki tika aprakstīti aktivitātes nedēļas laikā. Pirmsskolēnu mācīšanās motivācijas līmeņa diagnostikai autore izmantoja N. Nežnovas metodiku un pārbaudi par izziņas iniciatīvu “Nepabeigta pasaka”. Pētījuma rezultāti ļauj konstatēt, ka bērnu mācīšanās motivācijas paaugstināšanai efektīvi var izmantot paņēmienus, kuri ir saistīti ar mācību procesa saturu un organizāciju, ar emocionāla komforta atmosfēru un ar attiecībām grupā. Pētījumā, kura laikā tika izmantoti visi augšminētie paņēmieni, paaugstinājās bērnu izziņas interese, uzlabojās prasme plānot un veikt darbu, patstāvīgi un neatlaidīgi ejot pie izvirzītā mērķa; paaugstinājās vēlme piedalīties nodarbībās, izrādīt iniciatīvu kopīgās aktivitātēs; nostiprinājās pozitīva attieksme pret mācībām. Pētījuma hipotēze tika apstiprināta: sistemātiska mācīšanās motivāciju veicinošo paņēmienu izmantošana paaugstina bērnu vēlmi izzināt apkārtējo pasauli un nostiprina viņu pozitīvo attieksmi pret jauno zināšanu apguvi. The theme of the bachelor’s thesis is “The devices boosting learning motivation of older pre-school age children”. The author of the paper is Jekaterina Reznik. The volume of the paper is 98 pages, 10 images, 3 tables, 59 literature sources, 4 appendices. The aim of the paper is to specify the meaning and effectiveness of various devices , boosting the learning motivation working with older pre-schoolers. In order to achieve the aim in the theoretical part the literature on the essence of motivation, its sources as well as component parts were analysed focusing on the learning motivation and its types. The author describes the features of the learning motivation sphere of 5-6- year-old- learners, the motives peculiar to this age as well as conducts a review of the factors and devices facilitating the learning motivation of older pre-schoolers. The theoretical part is based on the works of the following authors: H. Hekhauzen, I. Zogla, R. Baltushite, G. Felzers, G. Svence, U. Opolcere, A. Markova, I. Iljins, L. Bozhovicha u.c. In the practical part the author describes the experiment where the children of 5-6 years of age took part in the complex of activities including various factors, boosting the learning motivation. The complex of activities was developed in accordance with the interests and the needs of learners. The work describes activities within a week. To detect the level of the learning motivation of pre-schoolers the author applied the methodology of N. Nezhnova and the revision for cognitive initiative “Unfinished fairy-tale”. The results of the research provide an opportunity to conclude that to boost the learning motivation while working with older pre-schoolers the most effective are the devices related to the contents and the organization of the learning process, emotional atmosphere and relations in a group. During the research the application of the above-mentioned devices increased the cognitive interest of children, their ability to plan work achieving goals independently and relentlessly, raised their wish to participate in activities, take initiative in common activities, reinforced positive concern to learning. The hypothesis of the research was confirmed: the systematic use of the learning motivation devices boosts learners’ wish to experience the world around as well as reinforces their positive concern to the acquisition of new knowledge.
