Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Veselīga dzīvesveida nodrošināšanas iespējas sākumskolas vecuma skolēniem.” Temats izvēlēts, lai izpētītu, kādas ir veselības pamatnostādnes sākumskolas vecumā un kādas ir skolas, ārpusskolas aktivitāšu un ģimenes iespējas veselīgu ieradumu veidošanā. Tika pētīti skolēnu veselīga dzīvesveida noteicošie faktori un patiesie paradumi. Studiju darba teorijas izpētes daļā tika apskatītas un salīdzinātas dažādu autoru atziņas par veselīgu dzīvesveidu sākumskolas vecuma skolēniem, tā variācijām, ietekmējošajiem aspektiem un procesa attīstību kopumā. Praktiskajā pētījumā tika radīta un publicēta aptauja, kas sastāv no 22 jautājumiem par dažādiem veselīga dzīvesveida aspektiem. Aptauja adresēta 7-11 gadus vecu skolēnu vecākiem. Aptaujas rezultāti izvērtēti un salīdzināti, atlasot dažādas respondentu grupas, lai konstatētu korelācijas starp dažādiem faktoriem un noteiktu, vai mācību produktivitāte ir atkarīga no fizisko aktivitāšu biežuma, uztura un viedierīču lietošanas paradumiem. Darbs sastāv no 65 lappusēm, 35 attēliem, 1 tabulas. The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "Opportunities for Ensuring a Healthy Lifestyle for Primary School Students." The topic was chosen to explore the health guidelines for primary school age and the opportunities for school, extracurricular activities and family to develop healthy habits. Determinants of healthy lifestyles and true habits of students were studied. In the research part of the study work theory, the findings of various authors on a healthy lifestyle for primary school age students, its variations, influencing aspects and the development of the process in general were considered and compared. The practical study determined creating and publishing a survey consisting of 22 questions about various aspects of a healthy lifestyle. The survey was addressed to parents of 7-11 year old elementary school pupils. The results of the survey were evaluated and compared by selecting different groups of respondents to find correlations between different factors and to determine whether learning productivity depends on the frequency of physical activity, diet and use of electronical devices. The paper consists of 65 pages, 35 images, 1 table.
