Sociālo iemaņu veidošana interešu izglītības nodarbībās

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba pamatā ir tēma “Sociālo iemaņu veidošana interešu izglītības nodarbībās”. Pētījuma mērķis: noskaidrot dažādus paņēmienus, metodes, kas ļauj veicināt bērnu sociālās iemaņas interešu izglītības nodarbību laikā. Darbs sastāv no divām daļām - teorētiskās un praktiskās. Teorētiskajā daļā tiek analizēta zinātniskā, pedagoģiskā, metodiskā, psiholoģiskā literatūra, likumdošana par interešu izglītību un tās mērķiem, funkcijām, sociālajām iemaņām un to veicināšanu bērniem interešu izglītības nodarbību laikā. Darba praktiskajā daļā tika veikts praktiskais pētījums, kas sastāvēja no 3 posmiem: novērojuma, praktiskās darbības un analīzes. Pētījuma laikā tika izmantotas divas metodes – pedagoģiskā novērošana un praktiskais pedagoga darbs. Pētījumā piedalījās 10 bērni vecumā no 5 līdz 7 gadiem. Sociālo iemaņu attīstību noteikšanai, tika izveidoti kritēriji sociālajām iemaņām ikdienas saskarsmē ar vienaudžiem, komunikācijas un saskarsmes spēju pielietošanai ikdienas darbā. Vadošais darbības veids bija praktiska un radoša darbošanās grupas ietvaros, veicinot bērnu sociālo iemaņu veidošanos, to veicināšanai tika izstrādāti uzdevumi, tematiskās nodarbības un radošās darbnīcas, kuru procesa mērķis ir veicināt bērnu sociālās iemaņas sadarbojoties ar citiem. Darba rezultāti: īstenots mērķis – izmantotas un pārbaudītas dažādas metodes, kā interešu izglītības nodarbību laikā sekmēt pirmsskolas vecuma vecāko bērnu sociālās iemaņas saskarsmē ar citiem bērniem un pieaugušajiem. The final project is based on the topic: “Building social skills in interest education lessons”. Purpose of the research: to identify different techniques, methods of promoting children's social skills during interest education. Paper consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. Theoretical part analyses scientific, pedagogical, methodical, psychological literature, legislation on the education of interests and its objectives, functions, social skills and their promotion to children during educational activities of interest. In the practical part of paper,there was conducted a research, which consisted of 3 stages: observation, practical activity of a teacher and analysis. Two methods were used during the study: pedagogical observation and practical activity of a teacher. Ten children of ages 5-7 took part in the research. To identify the level of the development of social skills, criteria were established for social skills in day-to-day contact with peers, that determined the use of communication and communication capabilities in day-to-day work. Leading type of activity was practical and creative activities within the group, promoting the development of the social skills of children, tasks, thematic activities and creative workshops were developed to promote them. The aim of which is to promote the social skills of children in cooperation with others. Paper results: target achieved – various methods have been used and tested to promote the social skills of pre-school older children in contact with other children and adults during educationa activities.
