Kvalifikācijas darba tēma: “Covid-19 ierobežojumu ietekme uz jauno basketbolistu fizisko un emocionālo attīstību”. Darba autore: Zanda Celitāne. Darba vadītāja: Dr.paed. Sanita Baranova. Pētījuma mērķis: izpētīt, kā Covid-19 ierobežojumi ietekmē jauno basketbolistu fizisko un emocionālo attīstību. Teorētiskajā darba daļā tika analizēta teorētiskā literatūra, lai izvērtētu 7-11 gadus vecu bērnu attīstību un fizisko aktivitāšu nozīmi, raksturotas esošo pētījumu atziņas par Covid-19 ierobežojumu ietekmi uz bērnu sportu. Empīriskajā daļā darba autore apraksta pētnieciski praktisko darbību (vecāku aptaujas datu statistiskā analīze, kā arī veikta intervijas analīze ar treneriem, lai veiksmīgāku novērtētu bērna emocionālu un fizisko ietekmi Covid-19 ierobežojumu laikā), par pamatu ņemot teorētiskajā daļā gūtās atziņas un ieteikumus no treneriem. Darba noslēgumā autore sniedz ieteikumus vecākiem, kā epidemioloģisko ierobežojumu laikā veicināt bērnu fizisko aktivitāti un emocionālo labbūtību, kā arī nonāk pie galvenajiem secinājumiem atbilstīgi pētījuma mērķim un jautājumam. Thesis of the Qualification Paper: “The impact of Covid-19 restrictions on the physical and emotional development of young basketball players”. Author of the Paper: Zanda Celitāne. Master of the Paper: Dr.paed. Sanita Baranova. Purpose of the research: to study how Covid-19 restrictions leave an impact on the physical and emotional development of young basketball players. Theoretical part of the Paper analyses the theoretical literature, in order to assess development of children in the age of 7-11 years and importance of physical activities, describes the conclusions of current studies on the impact of Covid-19 restrictions on the children sports. In the empirical part the author of the Paper describes the research and practical activities (statistical analysis of the data of parents’ questionnaire, as well as analysis of interview with trainers was performed in order to assess more successfully the emotional and physical impact of the children during the Covid-19 restrictions), taking as the basis the conclusions acquired in the theoretical part and recommendations from trainers. At the end of the Paper the author gives recommendations to the parents on how to promote physical activity and emotional well-being of children during epidemiological restrictions, as well as makes the key conclusions in accordance with the purpose and issue of the study.
