The basic idea of why the author is doing this research is to understand whether juggling the ball improves the feeling of the ball and makes the player's technical activities on the field more effective. Does daily juggling make a footballer's contact with the ball more flexible? Is the quality of ball receiving improving? The main goal of the research is to study the development of the dynamics of the juggling skills of the respondents (U-15 age group) and its connection with the general level of technical preparedness. During the study, respondents paid increased attention to ball juggling and ball-receiving exercises. The author compared, summarized and analyzed the received data with the help of control tests exercises and questionnaires. As a result, the number and quality of juggling of the ball has improved for mostly all study participants. Analyzing the results, it is difficult to confirm that juggling improves the feeling of the ball. Based on the performed research in the qualification work were made conclusions and recommendations. The study period is 2 months.
