Sistēmu Freshdesk un Teamwork savienotājs

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba mērķis ir izstrādāt lietotni, kas ļauj savienot Freshdesk klientu apkalpošanas sistēmu ar projektu vadības sistēmu Teamwork. Ar šīs lietotnes palīdzību ir iespējams pacelt darba efektivitāti, jo klientu apkalpošanas personālam ir vieglāk nodot klientu sūdzības un ieteikumus kā uzdevumus kompānijās par attiecīgajiem projektiem atbildīgajiem darbiniekiem. Šī lietotne ir veidota kā pamat platformu lietojot Freshdesk sistēmas piedāvāto lietotņu izstrādes un publicēšanas vidi. Līdz ar to šo lietotni var uztver kā Freshdesk sistēmas spraudni vai apakšsistēmu.

The goal of the qualification work is to develop an application that will connect the Freshdesk customer service system to the project management system Teamwork. With this app, it is possible to increase work efficiency, as it is easier for customer service personnel to pass on customer complaints and recommendations as tasks to the employees responsible for the respective projects in the companies. This application is desigas a basic platform using the applicatiovelopment and publishing environment offered by the Freshdesk system. Therefore, this application can be perceived as a plug-in or subsystem of the Freshdesk system.
