Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir uzņēmuma SIA Grant Thornton Baltic finanšu analīze. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz teorijā aprakstītajām finanšu pārvaldības un analīzes metodēm, veikt finanšu rādītāju aprēķinus, novērtēt SIA Grant Thornton Baltic finansiālo stāvokli un izstrādāt priekšlikumus finanšu rādītāju uzlabošanai. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek apskatīti finanšu pārvaldības un finanšu analīzes teorētiskie aspekti, otrajā nodaļā sniegts uzņēmuma Grant Thornton un SIA Grant Thornton Baltic vispārējais raksturojums, nozares uzņēmumu aktuālais raksturojums un tendenču apkopojums, kā arī Latvijas republikas likumdošanas ietvars, trešajā nodaļā tiek veikta SIA Grant Thornton Baltic finanšu analīze. Darba nobeigumā secinājumi un priekšlikumi tālākai uzņēmuma darbībai. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 65 lapām un 4 pielikumiem. ANOTATION Theme of the Bachelors work is a financial analysis of enterprise Grant Thornton Baltic Ltd. Bachelors work objective is to conduct financial data analysis, with notion to theoretically given methods of financial management and financial analysis, evaluate financial situation of Grant Thornton Baltic and give authors recommendations to improve financial data. Bachelors work consists of three chapters. First chapter looks through theoretical aspects of financial management and financial analysis, second chapter gives an overall portrait of company Grant Thornton and Grant Thornton Baltic, gives an information on global financial sector enterprises, as well as introduce to Latvian legislative framework and the third chapter is dedicated to the financial analysis of Grant Thornton Baltic financial data. In conclusion of Bachelors work, author gives conclusions and give recommendations to the further development of company activities. Bachelors work consists of 65 pages and 4 annexes. Author of Bachelors work conducted financial analysis of company SIA Grant Thornton Baltic based on requirements of Latvian legislative acts, works of Latvian and foreign authors study literature works, statistical data and internet resources to obtain the latest available data.
