Abstract

Maģistra darbā autore pēta aktuālās pedagoga attālinātā darba problēmas. Autore analizē attālinātā darba tiesisko regulējumu, tā jēdzienu un attālinātā darba veidus. Tiek aplūkots pedagoga darba regulējums, darba devēja un pedagoga darba pienākumi un tiesības, kā arī vienošanās ar darba devēju par darba veikšanu. Padziļināti autore pēta pedagoga attālinātā darba regulējumu, normatīvos aktus izglītībā, kuri saistīti ar attālināto darbu. Lai labāk rastu risinājumu, autore, aplūko darba devēja un pedagoga pienākumus un tiesības attālinātajā darbā, kā arī no darba aizsardzības aspekta.Maģistra darbā autore secina, ka izglītības normatīvo aktu regulējumā ir nepieciešami uzlabojumi un konkrētība pedagogu attālinātajā darbā. Maģistra darba pētījuma spilgti iezīmējas darba laika un virsstundu neatrisinātās problēmas. Maģistra darba apjoms: 55 lpp. ietverti 11 attēli, izmantotas 63 literatūras un avotu vienības, pievienoti 1 pielikums. Pētījuma mērķis: ir izanalizēt pedagoga attālinātā darba iespējas un problēmas balstoties uz regulējumu, Ministru kabineta noteikumiem un COVID – 19 pieredzi. Pētījuma metodes: 1. Teorētiskā metode: salīdzinošā metode, analītiskā metode - literatūras, avotu, tiesu prakses analīze. 2. Empīriskās metodes: aptauja. Maģistra darbs sastāv no ievada, trīs nodaļām, kopsavilkuma, izmantotās literatūras un avotu saraksta un 1 pielikuma. In this Master's thesis, the author is researching the problems of pedagogue’s remote work. The author analyses the legal regulation of remote work, its concept and types of remote work. Also, the regulation of pedagogue’s work, the duties and rights of both employer and pedagogue as well as the agreement with the employer on the performance of work are being considered. The author in depth studies the regulation of pedagogue’s remote work and the normative acts of education that are related to remote work. In order to find a better solution, the author looks at the responsibilities and rights of the employer and the pedagogue in remote work, as well as considers labour protection aspects in remote work. In Master’s thesis the author concludes that there are needed improvements in the normative acts of education and there is a lack of specificity in the regulation of pedagogue’s remote work. In the research of the Master's thesis are highlighted the unresolved problems of working time and overtime. The volume of Master thesis: 55 pages, 11 images, 63 units of literature and other sources were used, 1 annex added. The aim of the research: is to analyse the opportunities as well as problems of pedagogue’s remote work based on the legal regulation of remote work, the regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia and experience of Covid-19. The methods of research: 1.Theoretical method: comparative method, analysis of literature, sources and case law 2.Empirical method: survey. The thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, a summary, a list of used literature and sources and one annex.
