Studentu korporācijas iekšējā arhīva pārvaldības sistēma

Abstract

Šī kvalifikācijas darba mērķis ir izveidot studentu korporācijas iekšējā arhīva pārvaldības sistēmas pirmo versiju, kas ļautu reģistrētiem organizācijas biedriem piekļūt korporācijas vēstures materiāliem, piemēram, bildēm, video un dokumentiem, izmantojot tīmekļa pārlūkprogrammu. Kvalifikācijas darba izstrādes laikā specifiski tika izstrādāta un veidota tīmekļa lietotne, kur lietotājiem ir iespēja reģistrēties, ienākt un pievienot savas ārējās identitātes. Atkarībā no lomas, lietotājiem ir tiesības piekļūt sistēmā ievietotajiem arhīva datiem un failiem. Darba ietvaros tika izstrādāts programmatūras prasību specifikācija un programmatūras projektējuma apraksts, izveidotas struktūrskices, aprakstīta sistēmas realizēšana un veikta tās testēšana.

The purpose of this qualification paper is to create the first version of the internal archive of student fraternity system management, which allows for the storage of various materials in the history of the fraternity such as pictures, videos and documents. Members of the organization can connect to the system using a web browser. During the development of the qualification paper, web-based user software was developed, which allows users to register, login and add external identities. Depending on the privileges granted by the administrator, users have access to materials and files in the archive. The scope of this qualification paper and development of the system includes, Software requirements specification and Software design description, user interface mocks, description of implementation steps and testing journal.
