Bakalaura darba tēma ir organizācijas kultūra attālinātā darba formātā uzņēmumā SIA „Euroaptieka”. Darba mērķis ir izstrādāt uzņēmuma SIA „Euroaptieka” organizācijas kultūras pilnveides pasākumus darbam attālinātā formātā, lai sasniegtu šo mērķi tika izvirzīti šādi uzdevumi - pamatojoties uz zinātnisko literatūru, novērtēt organizācijas kultūru; noskaidrot attālinātā darba formāta; raksturot uzņēmumu SIA „Euroaptieka” esošos procesus; izmantojot OCAI - Organizācijas kultūras vērtēšanas instrumentu, izvērtēt darbinieku viedokļus par esošo un vēlamo organizācijas kultūru; analizēt iegūtos aptauju rezultātus un izdarīt secinājumus; veikt secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus, lai uzlabotu organizācijas darbu attālinātā formātā. Pētījumā iegūtie rezultāti raksturo uzņēmuma SIA „Euroaptieka” esošo organizācijas kultūru, kā arī vēlamo organizācijas kultūru. Rezultāti raksturo arī organizācijas pilnveides pasākumus darbam attālinātā formātā. Darbs sastāv no 64 lappusēm, trīs nodaļām – Mūsdienu organizācijas kultūras teorētiskie aspekti, Uzņēmuma SIA „Euroaptieka” raksturojumu un Organizācijas kultūras pētījumu SIA „Euroaptieka”. Tas sastāv arī no vienas tabulas un sešiem attēliem, kā arī vienu pievienotu pielikumu. The theme of this bachelor's paper is organization culture in remote work mode in the company SIA "Euroaptieka". The aim of this paper is to work out the actions undertaken by SIA "Euroaptieka" to develop the organization culture in the format of remote work. To reach the set goal, the following tasks were defined: to study the organization culture based on the relevant scientific literature; to define and study the remote work format; to describe the existing organization procedures in SIA "Euroaptieka"; to evaluate the opinions of the employees on existing and desired organization culture by using OCAI - Organization Culture Assessment Instrument; to analyze the survey results and draw conclusions; to develop suggestions for improvement of remote work organization based on the reached conclusions. The results of this study describe the organization culture existing in SIA "Euroaptieka", as well as the desired organization culture. In addition to this, the results describe the undertakings to improve the organization of remote work. The paper consists of 64 pages, three parts – ‘Theoretical aspects of modern organizational culture’, ‘Description of the company SIA "Euroaptieka"’ and ‘Study of organization culture in SIA "Euroaptieka"’. It also includes one table and six images, as well as one addendum.
