Covid-19 ietekme uz darba tirgu Baltijas valstīs un Zviedrijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir Covid-19 ietekme uz darba tirgu Baltijas valstīs un Zviedrijā. Šis darbs sniedz ieskatu vīrusa Covid-19 pandēmijas un ar to saistīto ieviesto ierobežojumu radītajās sekās vairāku valstu, konkrēti, Latvijas, Lietuvas, Igaunijas un Zviedrijas, darba tirgos un atspoguļo šo valstu taktikas cīņā ar negatīvo seku mazināšanu. Pētījuma mērķis ir izanalizēt vīrusa Covid-19 ietekmi uz darba tirgu Baltijas valstīs un Zviedrijā, vienlaikus analizējot arī Baltijas valstu un Zviedrijas pieredzi, mēģinot mazināt vīrusa un ar to saistīto ierobežojumu radītās negatīvās sekas darba tirgu. Pētījuma uzdevums ir analizēt darba tirgus jēdzienu, saturu un to veidojošos un ietekmējošos faktorus, izpētīt vīrusa Covid-19 ietekmi uz Latvijas darba tirgus stabilitāti, attīstību un iesaistīto subjektu ikdienu un labklājību, kā arī izpētīt un analizēt citu valstu, konkrēti, Lietuvas, Igaunijas un Zviedrijas, pieredzi cīņā ar Covid-19 radīto negatīvo ietekmi uz darba tirgu. Pētījuma gaitā tika secināts, ka Latvijas valdības pieņemtie atbalsta mehānismi nesniedz ilgtermiņa ieguldījumu cīņā ar vīrusa Covid-19 pandēmiju un tās ierobežojumu radītājām negatīvajām sekām darba tirgū. Piedāvātie atbalsta mehānismi ir efektīvi tūlītēju seku novēršanai, tomēr tie nav vērsti uz darba tirgus stabilizāciju nākotnē, kas ir būtiski, jo tiek prognozēts, ka ar augstākiem vai zemākiem saslimstības rādītājiem, bet vīruss Covid-19 būs klāt esošs nepārtraukti, tāpat kā citas slimības. Valstīm, lemjot par atbalsta mehānismiem darba tirgus stabilitātes nodrošināšanā, ir jāvērš uzmanība galvenokārt uz tādu atbalstu, kas palīdzētu uzņēmumiem pārprofilēties tā, lai tie būtu spējīgi strādāt jebkādos ierobežojumos un situācijās.

The topic of the bachelor work is The impact of Covid-19 on the labor market in the Baltic countries and Sweden. This work provides an insight into the consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic and the associated restrictions on the labor markets of several countries, namely Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Sweden, and reflects their tactics in mitigating the negative effects. The aim of the research is to analyze the impact of the Covid-19 virus on the labor market in the Baltic countries and Sweden, while also analyzing the experience of the Baltic countries and Sweden in mitigating the negative effects of the virus and related restrictions on the labor market. The task of the research is to analyze the concept, content and factors influencing the labor market, to explore the impact of Covid-19 virus on the stability and development of the Latvian labor market and the daily well-being of the subjects involved, as well as to study and analyze other countries, in particular Lithuania, Estonia and Sweden, experience of combating the negative effects of Covid-19 virus on the labor market. During the research, it was concluded that the support mechanisms adopted by the Latvian government do not provide a long-term contribution to the fight against the negative consequences of the Covid-19 virus pandemic and its restrictions on the labor market. The proposed support mechanisms are effective in addressing the immediate consequences, but they will not be able to stabilize the labor market in the future, which is important as Covid-19 virus is expected to be present all the time with higher or lower morbidity rates just like other diseases. When deciding on support mechanisms for labor market stability, countries should focus on support that helps companies to re-profile so that they are able to cope with any constraints and in every situations.
