Cēsu novada pašvaldības debitoru parādu uzskaites, pārvaldības un piedziņas novērtejums, tās pilnveidošanas iespējas

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir pamatojoties uz pieejamo teorētisko un praktisko materiālu pamata, izpētīt debitoru parādu uzskaites, pārvaldības un piedziņas kārtību Cēsu novada pašvaldībā, identificēt nepilnības un izstrādāt priekšlikumus debitoru parādu pārvaldības pilnveidošanai. Lai sasniegtu izvirzītos mērķus darbā tiek raksturoti un analizēti debitoru uzskaites, pārvaldības un kredītpolitikas izstrādāšanas teorētiskie aspekti, apkopojot un izvērtējot dažādus literatūras avotus. Izpētītas normatīvo aktu prasības, kas regulē debitoru uzskaiti pašvaldībā. Novērtēta Cēsu novada pašvaldības debitoru parādu uzskaites, pārvaldības un piedziņas kārtība. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 3. nodaļām ar pētāmajiem uzdevumiem, kas secīgi pakārtoti izvirzīto mērķu sasniegšanai. The aim of the present bachelor’s thesis is to study the procedure for accounting, management, and collection of receivables in Cēsis Municipality Local Government, to identify shortcomings and to provide proposals for the improvement of receivables management based on the available theoretical and practical materials. In order, to achieve the set aim, the thesis provides a description and analysis of theoretical aspects of accounting, management of receivables, and development of credit policy by summarizing and evaluating various literature sources. The requirements of laws and regulations that regulate the accounting of debtors in the Local Government have been studied. The procedure for accounting, management, and collection of receivables in Cēsis Municipality Local Government has been assessed. The bachelor’s thesis consists of 3 chapters containing research tasks that are arranged successively for achieving the set aim.
