Sociālo zinātņu fakultātes studentu attālināto mācību komunikācijas šķēršļi

Abstract

Pētījuma “Sociālo zinātņu fakultātes studentu attālināto mācību komunikācijas šķēršļi” mērķis ir noskaidrot, vai Latvijas Universitātes Sociālo zinātņu fakultātes pilna un nepilna laika neklātienes bakalaura grāda studenti ir saskārušies ar tādām komunikācija barjerām, kas traucējušas uztvert un nodot informāciju attālinātā mācību procesā. Darbā tiek noskaidrots, kā studenti uztver attālināto mācību procesu, ar kādiem komunikācijas šķēršļiem ir saskārušies un vai iesaistās mācību procesā. Darbs sastāv no ievada, teorētiskās, metodoloģiskās, empīriskās daļas, diskusijas un secinājumiem. Pirmajā daļā tiek aplūkots komunikācijas process un neverbālās komunikācijas veidi, un skaidroti attālinātās komunikācijas procesi. Otrajā daļā tiek skatītas izvēlētās pētījuma metodes – aptauja un daļēji strukturētā intervija. Pētījuma plāna izstrāde. Trešajā daļā tiek analizēti aptaujā iegūtie dati, un daļēji strukturētās intervija. Ceturtajā daļā tiek izdarīti secinājumi par komunikācijas šķēršļiem, ar kuriem ir saskārušies studenti attālinātā mācību procesa laikā, un Latvijas Universitātes rīcība, komunikācijas šķēršļu mazināšanai.

The aim of the study “Barriers to distance learning communication for students of the Faculty of Social Sciences” is to find out whether full-time and part-time part-time bachelor students of the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Latvia have encountered communication barriers that prevent them from perceiving and transferring information. The paper examines how students perceive the distance learning process, what communication barriers they have encountered and whether they are involved in the learning process. The work consists of an introduction, theoretical, methodological, empirical part, discussion and conclusions. The first part deals with the communication process and types of non-verbal communication, and explains the processes of remote communication. The second part looks at selected research methods - a survey and a semi-structured interview. Development of a research plan. The third part analyzes the survey data and semi-structured interview. In the fourth part, conclusions are made about the communication barriers faced by students during the distance learning process and the actions of the University of Latvia to reduce communication barriers.
