Problēmas mērķis - izpētot normatīvo aktu prasības grāmatvedības jomā un pētāmā uzņēmuma faktisko situāciju, identificēt problēmas un izstrādāt priekšlikumus aktuālajām likumdošanas prasībām atbilstošas ārpakalpojuma grāmatvedības uzņēmuma CIPARS VG IK grāmatvedības politikas izstrādei. Iegūtie rezultāti – ieteikumi grāmatvedības politikas aktualizēšanai ārpakalpojuma grāmatvedības uzņēmumam.
