Abstract

Darba rezultāti Secināts, ka pastāv nesakritības starp darba tigus pieprasījumu un piedāvājumu. Darba devējiem ir grūtības atrast piemēroti kvalificētus darbiniekus. Pieprasījums ir augsts pēc digitālajām prasmēm un augsti kvalificētiem speciālistiem, kas aizpildītu darba vietas, kuras tehnoloģiju attīstības un automatizācijas rezultātā nav izzudušas un ir joprojām aktuālas. Darba tirgus straujā mainība paredz nepieciešamību izglītoties mūža garumā. Izstrādāta projekta rokasgrāmata projekta alternatīvai ar augstāko potenciālu – alternatīva A “Izveidota akreditēta tālākizglītības iestāde, kas nodarbojas ar informāciju tehnoloģiju jomas mācību programmu izstrādi, vadīšanu”. Content of the work The analysis of the labor market situation has been performed in two stages - 1) analysis of documents, reports, scientific literature, 2) implementation and analysis of expert interviews. Current causes and challenges of the labor market and the possible challenges of that are identified. One of the reasons behind negative impact on the labor market is proposed to solve with the help of a project. Three alternatives have been put forward to address the challenge, those have been evaluated and two with the highest potential have been identified. They are evaluated in more detail to determine which alternative is worth implementing. Outcomes Conclusions have been made that there is a mismatch between labor supply and demand. Employers have difficulty finding suitably qualified employees. There is a high demand for digital skills and highly qualified professionals to fill jobs that have not disappeared as a result of technological development and automatisation and are still relevant today. The rapid change in the labor market address the need of a lifelong learning. A project manual has been developed for the project alternative with the highest potential - alternative A “An accredited continuing education institution development, which is engaged in the development and management of curricula in the field of information technology”.
