Abstract
Bakalaura darba tēma ir “ Cilvēkresursu plānošanas un motivācijas pilnveide SIA “ Narvesen Baltija ” kafejnīcu tīklā “ Caffeine Roasters ”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir novērtēt cilvēkresursu plānošanas un darbinieku motivācijas iespējas uzņēmumā un sniegt priekšlikumus to pilnveidei. Bakalaura darbā autore analizē pieejas, lai izstrādātu pamatotus secinājumus un sniegtu priekšlikumus uzņēmuma motivācijas sistēmas uzlabošanai un darbinieku attīstības plānošanai. Darba pirmajā nodaļā tiek pētīti motivācijas veidi, teorijas un motivatori krīžu ietekmē. Darba otrajā nodaļā tiek pētīta uzņēmuma darbības un raksturoti personāla attīstības virziena raksturojums, un organizatoriskā struktūra. Darba trešajā nodaļā tiek veikts pētījums par cilvēkresursu plānošanu, attīstību un motivācijas pieejām uzņēmumā. Darbinieku personīgo sniegumu tieši ietekmē uzņēmumā izstrādātā motivācijas sistēma un attīstības iespējas. The topic of the bachelor’s thesis is “ Development of human resources planning and motivation in the “ Narvesen Baltic ” cafes network “ Caffeine Roasters ”. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the possibilities of human resource planning and employee motivation in the company and to provide proposals for their improvement. In the bachelor's thesis, the author analyzes approaches to develop substantiated conclusions and make proposals for the improvement of the company's motivation system and employee development planning. In the first chapter the types of motivation, theories and motivators under the influence of crises are studied. The second chapter examines the company's activities and describes the characteristics of the staff development direction and organizational structure. The third chapter of the dissertation conducts research on human resource planning, development and motivation approaches in the company. Employees' personal performance is directly affected by the company's motivation system and development opportunities.
