Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir SIA AR Agro saimnieciskās darbības izvērtējums. Pētījuma mērķis ir analizēt uzņēmuma SIA AR Agro finanšu datus pamatojoties uz uzņēmuma gada pārskatos un vadības ziņojumos ietverto informāciju un pamatojoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma SIA AR Agro vadībai finanšu rādītāju uzlabošanai un uzņēmuma ilgtspējības nodrošināšanai. Darbs sastāv no ievada, 4 nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Darbā tika veikta SIA AR Agro analīze, finanšu analīze un uzņēmuma vieta nozarē, kā arī pēc iegūtajiem rezultātiem izstrādāti secinājumi un priekšlikumi uzņēmuma tālākai darbībai. Darba apjoms ir 88 lpp., kas satur 12 tabulas, 13 attēlus, 21 formulas un 3 pielikumus. Maģistra darbs izstrādāts, pamatojoties uz uzņēmuma gada pārskatiem, literatūras avotiem, publikācijām un interneta resursiem.

The topic of the master's thesis is the evaluation of the economic activity of SIA AR Agro. The aim of the study is to analyze the financial data of SIA AR Agro based on the information contained in the company's annual reports and management reports and to develop proposals for the management of SIA AR Agro in order to improve financial performance and ensure the company's sustainability. Thesis consists of an introduction, 4 chapters, conclusions and proposals. In thesis were performed the analysis of SIA AR Agro, financial analysis and the company's place in the industry, as well as conclusions and proposals for the further operation of the company were developed based on the obtained results. The volume of the work is 88 pages, which contains 12 tables, 13 figures, 21 formulas and 3 appendices.
