Stikla paneļu tīrīšanas procesa optimizācija uzņēmumā SIA "EUROLCDS"

Abstract

Bakalaura darba “Stikla paneļu tīrīšanas procesa optimizācija uzņēmumā SIA “EUROLCDS”” mērķis ir pētīt dažādas displeju ražošanas industrijā izmantotas stikla paneļu tīrīšanas metodes un rast paneļu mazgāšanas procesa optimizācijas vai alternatīvas iespējas konkrētā uzņēmumā. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika izvirzīti vairāki uzdevumi: izpētīt pieejamo literatūru un interneta resursus par stikla virsmu tīrīšanas metodēm, problēmām, riskiem un kvalitātes kontroli, padziļināti iepazīt uzņēmumā izmantoto stikla paneļu mazgāšanas tehnoloģiju, kā arī, veicot mērījumus, eksperimentus un aprēķinus, optimizēt procesu, ieviešot izmaiņas un uzlabojumus darba veikšanas kārtībā. Pētījumā iegūtie rezultāti izmantojami par pamatu turpmākai metožu izvēlei stikla virsmu tīrīšanai displeju ražošanas nozarē un spēs sniegt mazgāšanas procesa efektivitātes rādītāju optimizāciju uzņēmumā SIA “EUROLCDS”.

The aim of the Bachelor's work “Optimization of glass panel cleaning process in EUROLCDS is to explore various methods of glass pannel cleaning used in the display industry and to find optimization options for the process of washing panels in a particular company. In order to achieve the goal, the following tasks were set: explore available literature and Internet resources on glass surface cleaning techniques, problems, risks and quality control, thoroughly familiarise with the cleaning technology used in the company, and to optimise the process through experiments and calculations by introducing changes and improvements to the working arrangements. The results of the study can be used as the basis for further selection of methods for cleaning glass surfaces in the display industry and have provided an increase in process efficiency readings in EUROLCDS Ltd.
