SIA" Elmeko" saimnieciskās darbības analīzes un attīstības perspektīvas

Abstract

Mūsdienu ekonomikas noteikumi un nosacījumi pieprasa no uzņēmumiem paaugstināt ražošanas efektivitāti, produktu un pakalpojumu konkurētspēju, uzņēmuma finansiālo stabilitāti, efektīvu saimniekošanu. Svarīga loma šā uzdevuma izpildei ir piešķirta uzņēmuma saimnieciskās darbības analīzei, jo uzņēmuma saimnieciskās darbības analīze ir rīks lēmumu pieņemšanai, izmantojot saimnieciskās darbības finanšu rezultātus gada pārskatos. Maģistra darba mērķis ir pamatojoties uz saimnieciskās darbības analīzes metožu izpēti , novērtēt SIA “Elmeko” simniecisko darbību un izstrādāt priekšlikumus tās pilnveidošanai un SIA “Elmeko” nākotnes attīstībai. Maģistra darba izstrādes rezultātā, autore konstatēja virkni nepilnību. SIA”Elmeko”saimnieciskajā darbībā,piemēram uzņēmums neveic ieguldījumus saimnieciskās darbības nodrošināšanai,lai nodrošinātu saimniecisko darbību ir iespējas piesaistīt investorus,tehnoloģiskais aprīkojums ir novecojis,ir iespējas paplašināt tehnoloģiskā aprīkojuma klāstu, piesaistot Altum finansējumu, tehnikas un iekārtu līzingu.Uzņēmumam ir problēmas ar darba kapitālu, uzlabošanai ir nepieciešams izstrādāt darbinieku materiālas un nemateriālas motivācijas pasākumus. The rules and conditions of the modern economy require companies to increase production efficiency, competitiveness of products and services, financial stability of the company, efficient management. An important role in the performance of this task is assigned to the analysis of the economic activity of the enterprise, since the analysis of the economic activity of the enterprise is a tool for making decisions using the financial results of economic activity in the annual accounts. The aim of the Master's thesis is to evaluate the symphony activities of LTD "Elmeko" on the basis of the study of methods of analysis of economic activity and to develop proposals for its improvement and future development of LTD "Elmeko". As a result of the development of the Master's thesis, the author found a number of shortcomings in the economic activity of LTD "Elmeko", for example, the company does not invest in ensuring economic activity, in order to ensure economic activity there are opportunities to attract investors,the technological equipment is outdated, there are opportunities to expand the range of technological equipment by attracting financing from Altum, leasing of machinery and equipment. The company has problems with working capital, for improvement it is necessary to develop material and intangible motivation measures for employees.
