Brāķēto detaļu skaita samazināšanas metāla apstrādes uzņēmumā "Exigum"

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā ar inženiertehnisko projektu ir pētīta metālapstrādes uzņēmuma SIA “Exigum” ražošanas process un tā laikā radušās brāķētās detaļas ar mērķi noteikt šo problēmu rašanās iemeslus un ieviest atbilstošus uzlabojumus ražošanas procesā, lai samazinātu brāķēto detaļu rašanās iespējamību. Pētījums ietver informācijas avotu analīzi par biežākajiem iemesliem brāķētajām detaļām metāla detaļu ražošanā izmantojot CNC iekārtas, uzņēmuma statistikas analīzi par brāķētajām detaļām, piemērotāko ražošanas procesu uzlabojumu izvēli, pamatojoties uz uzņēmuma specifiku, šo uzlabojumu ieviešanu uzņēmuma ražošanas procesā uz noteiktu laiku un statistikas salīdzināšanu pirms un pēc uzlabojumu ieviešanas, lai noteiktu vai izvēlētie uzlabojumi deva pozitīvu rezultātu un brāķēto detaļu skaits tika samazināts.

In the bachelor's thesis with engineering project the production process of the metal processing company SIA “Exigum” and defective parts have been studied in order to determine the causes of these problems and introduce appropriate improvements in the production process to reduce the possibility of defective parts. The study includes an analysis of information sources on the most common reasons for defective parts in the production of metal parts using CNC equipment, analysis of company statistics on defective parts, selection of the most appropriate production process improvements, implementation of these improvements in the company's production process to determine whether the selected improvements were positive and the number of discarded parts was reduced.
