Abstract

Bakalaura darbā “Cilvēkresursu aizvietošanas tendences tirdzniecības uzņēmumos” autors apskata tirdzniecības uzņēmumu kā organizāciju, ar tās resursiem un procesiem. Autors darbā īpašu uzmanību velta cilvēkresursiem, un to ietekmei uz tirdzniecības uzņēmumiem, kā arī šīs ietekmes mazināšanas risinājumiem, uzskatot, ka šī resursa aizvietošana ir obligāts priekšnoteikums veiksmīgai tirdzniecības uzņēmuma attīstībai. Darba gaitā autors secināja, ka cilvēkresuri ir svarīgs tirdzniecības uzņēmumu resurss, analizējot tā izmantošanas efektivitāti, secināja, ka šī resursa aizvietošana var būt perspektīva, bet, tikai un vienīgi šī resursa aizstāšana, negarantē uzņēmuma veiksmīgu turpmāko attīstību.

In the bachelor's thesis "Tendencies of human resource replacement in retail companies'' the author examines the retail company as an organization, with its resources and processes. The author pays special attention to human resources and their impact on retail companies, as well as solutions to reduce this impact, considering that the replacement of this resource is a precondition for the successful development of a retail company. In the course of the work, the author concluded that human resources are an important resource for retail companies, analyzing the efficiency of their use, concluded that the replacement of this resource can be promising, but only the replacement of this resource does not guarantee the successful future development of the company.
