Iekļaušanas un daudzveidības ietekme uz starptautisko uzņēmumu darbību finanšu pakalpojumu nozarē Latvijā

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir “Iekļaušanas un daudzveidības ietekme uz starptautisko uzņēmumu darbību finanšu pakalpojumu nozarē Latvijā”. Šis darbs ir veidots balstoties uz daudzveidīgiem literatūras avotiem - dažādu autoru zinātniskajiem rakstiem un žurnāliem, specifisku uzņēmumu pārskatiem un atskaitēm, interneta resursiem, kā arī vēl nepublicētiem materiāliem. Maģistra darba galvenais mērķis ir sociālās iekļaušanas un dažādības pielietojuma un ietekmes analīze starptautisko uzņēmumu ietvaros finanšu nozarē Latvijā. Maģistra darbs sastāv no teorētisko, kvantitatīvo un kvalitatīvo datu analīzes. Teorētiskie dati saistīti ar iekļaušanas un dažādības izpēti starptautiskajos uzņēmumos finanšu nozarē. Kvalitatīvos datus veido nozares speciālistu analīzes, savukārt kvantitatīvie dati iegūti un analizēti balstoties uz nozares pārstāvju aptaujām. Datu analīzes rezultātā darba autore veikusi secinājumus un uz tiem balstītus stratēģiskus priekšlikumus starptautisko uzņēmumu darbības uzlabošanai. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 97 lapām, satur 3 formulas, 27 attēlus, 10 tabulas, 4 pielikumus.

This Master Thesis on the topic of “Influence of Inclusion and Diversity on the Performance of Multinational Companies in Financial Services Industry in Latvia” has been made by the author based on different literature sources, such as research papers, scientific journals, Internet resources, unpublished materials, and company reports. The main goal of this thesis is to analyse the application of inclusion and diversity within the multinational companies in financial industry in Latvia and analyse how this affects the performance of such companies based on different factors. The thesis includes theoretical research related to the study of inclusion and diversity within multinational enterprises in financial industry combined with analysis of the topic based on the qualitative in-depth interviews and quantitative survey. The thesis ends with the respective conclusions and suggestions of some strategies on how to improve the performance of such enterprises. The Master thesis consists of 97 pages, including 3 formulae, 27 figures, 10 tables and 4 annexes.
