Abstract

Autors darba gaitā aplūko Latvijas finanšu tirgus struktūru un tās nozīmi uzņēmējdarbības vidē, atspoguļojot aktuālo pētījumu rezultātus un tendences finanšu tirgū, detalizēti analizējot, kā tā ietekmē uzņēmējdarbības vidi Latvijā. Autors analizē zinātnisko literatūru - gan Latvijas, gan starptautisko autoru pētījumus, interneta resursus, lai sniegtu plašu priekšstatu par Latvijas finanšu tirgus struktūras uzbūvi, to veidojošiem un ietekmējošiem elementiem uzņēmējdarbības vides attīstībā. Autors piedāvā analīzi, kas sniedz priekšstatu par finanšu piesaistes nozīmi uzņēmējdarbībā. Darba Latvijas finanšu tirgus struktūra un nozīme uzņēmējdarbības vides attīstībā mērķis ir: balstoties uz teorētiskās bāzes izpēti, apkopot un izanalizēt informāciju par Latvijas finanšu tirgus attīstību un struktūru, tās ietekmi uz uzņēmējdarbības vidi un uzņēmumu iespējām ārējā finansējuma piesaistē. Balstoties uz iegūtajiem rezultātiem, sagatavot secinājumus un priekšlikumus.

During the course of the work, the author looks at the structure of the Latvian financial market and its role in the business environment, reflecting the results of ongoing studies and trends in the financial market, analysing in detail how it affects the business environment in Latvia. In the course of the work, the author analyzes scientific literature in both Latvian and international studies, Internet resources to provide a broad picture of the structure of the Latvian financial market, the elements that make it and influence it in the development of the business environment. In the third part of the work, the author offers an analysis that gives an idea of the importance of financial attraction in the business. Objective of work Latvian financial market structure and role in business environment development is: on the theoretical basis study, analyse and collect information on Latvia's financial markets, business environment and the possibilities of companies in attracting external finance, prepare proposals and conclusions based on the results obtained.
