Otrajā nodaļā autore izpēta uzņēmuma darbību un esošo motivācijas sistēmu. Trešajā nodaļā veikta aptauja un intervēšana, lai noskaidrotu darbinieku domas un priekšlikumus, viņu apmierinātības līmeni par motivācijas sistēmu uzņēmumā. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām, 74 lappusēm, 21 attēliem, 3 tabulām un 3 pielikumiem. The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the analysis of the motivation system in SIA Circle K Business Center. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is, based on the analysis of the motivation system of SIA Circle K Business Center, to identify the methods used to ensure the motivation of employees in the company and their efficiency. In the first chapter, the author describes the theoretical substantiation of the research question, clarifying the importance and theory of employee motivation. In the second chapter, the author studies the operation of the company and the existing motivation system. In the third chapter, a survey and interviews were conducted to find out the thoughts and suggestions of the employees, their level of satisfaction with the motivation system in the company. The bachelor's thesis consists of 3 chapters, 74 pages, 21 pictures, 3 tables and 3 appendices.
