Vides ilgtspējas principu ieviešana Latvijas uzņēmumos izmantojot lean metodes.

Abstract

Maģistra darba temats ir “Vides ilgtspējas principu ieviešana Latvijas uzņēmumos izmantojot lean metodes”. Maģistra darba mērķis ir, pētījuma ietvaros, rast risinājumu kā vienlaikus palielināt uzņēmumu efektivitāti un ilgtspēju, izmantojot sinerģiju starp lean un zaļās pārvaldības metodēm. Darba uzdevumi ir noteikti atbilstoši izvēlētajam mērķim. Darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām un 8 apakšnodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā apskatīts efektīvas vadības un zaļās pārvaldības metožu raksturojums. Darba otrajā nodaļā analizētas tendences Latvijas uzņēmumu vidē. Pētījumā, trešajā nodaļā, tiek konstatētas un risinātas problēmsituācijas dažādu uzņēmumu darbībā. Darba nobeigumā darba autore sniedz secinājumus un priekšlikumus. Maģistra darba izstrādes rezultātā iegūtie secinājumi papildina pētniecisko bāzi un atklāj tendences par lean un zaļās pārvaldības pielietošanu Latvijas uzņēmumos, savukārt autores izstrādātos priekšlikumus uzņēmumu augstākā vadība var pielietot uzņēmuma izaugsmes un konkurētspējas stiprināšanai. Maģistra darba apjoms ir 81 lapaspuse, tajā ievietotas 11 tabulas un 15 attēli, pievienoti 5 pielikumi. Darbā tiek izmantota gan Latvijas, gan ārvalstu autoru literatūra, zinātniskās publikācijas un pētījumi, internetā pieejami materiāli, kā arī uzņēmumu nepublicēti materiāli.

The topic of the Master's final work is "Implementation of environmental sustainability principles in Latvian companies using lean methods". The aim of final work is to find a solution to increase the efficiency and sustainability of companies at the same time, using the synergy between lean and green management methods. Tasks are defined according to the chosen goal. The work consists of 3 chapters and 8 subsections. The first chapter deals with the description of effective management and green management methods. The second chapter analyzes the trends in Latvian business environment. In the third chapter, problems in the operation of various companies are identified and solved. At the end of the work the author presents conclusions and proposals. The findings resulting from the development of the Master's work complement the research base and reveal trends about the use of lean and green management in Latvian companies, while the proposals developed by the author can be used to strengthen the company's growth and competitiveness. The size of the Master's work is 81 pages, contains 11 tables and 15 pictures, attached 5 attachments. The work contains both – Latvian and foreign authors' literature, scientific publications and studies, materials available on the Internet, as well as unpublished materials from companies.
