Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma "Investīciju vides izvērtējums Baltijas valstīs" ir aktuāla, jo investīcijām ir ļoti svarīga nozīme valsts izaugsmes un konkurētspējas uzlabošanā. Investīciju veidi ir dažādi un arī katru no tiem ietekmējošie faktori ir atšķirīgi. Investīciju vide ir ļoti kompleksa un sarežģīta, jo ir ārkārtīgi daudz faktoru, kas to var ietekmēt. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir veikt Baltijas valstu makroekonomiskās situācijas un investīciju vides analīzi, identificēt svarīgākos investīciju vidi ietekmējošos faktorus, izdarīt secinājumus par investīciju vidi un izteikt priekšlikumus investīciju vides uzlabošanai Baltijas valstīs. Bakalaura darba pirmā nodaļa ir teorētiska. Tajā tiek aplūkots investīciju jēdziens, klasifikācija un investīciju vides jēdziens. Bakalaura darba otrajā tiek veikts Baltijas valstu makroekonomiskais apskats un analīze un izdarīti secinājumi par ekonomiku raksturojošo rādītāju ietekmi uz investīciju vidi. Bakalaura darba trešajā daļā tiek veikts investīciju vides novērtēšanas iespēju apskats, investīciju vidi ietekmējošo faktoru izvēle, uzņēmējdarbības uzsākšanas viegluma novērtējums kā investīciju vidi raksturojošs elements Baltijas valstīs Doing Business indeksa ietvaros, kā arī veikta ekonometriskā analīze, lai identificētu investīciju vidi būtiski ietekmējošos faktorus Baltijas valstīs.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis " Investment environment assessment in the Baltic States " is pressing, because investments play a very important role in improving the country's growth and competitiveness. There many types of investments and the factors influence them also vary greatly. The investment environment is very complex and complicated because there are many factors that can affect it. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to perform an analysis of the macroeconomic situation and investment environment in the Baltic States, to identify the most important factors influencing the investment environment, to draw conclusions about the investment environment and to propose ways to improve the investment environment in the Baltic States. The first chapter of the bachelor's thesis is theoretical. It looks at the concept of investment, investment classification and the concept of investment environment. The second part of the bachelor’s thesis deals with the macroeconomic review and analysis of factors that define the economic situation, and conclusions are drawn on how these factors influence the investment environment. The third part of the bachelor's thesis reviews the investment environment, selects the factors influencing the investment environment, evaluates the ease of starting a business in the Baltic States within the Doing Business Index, and performs econometric analysis to identify factors significantly affecting the investment environment in the Baltic States.
