Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz literatūras, interneta resursu un pētījumu analīzi, izpētīt un analizēt biznesa eņģeļu un biznesa eņģeļu tīkla būtību un veidus, to darbību Baltijas valstīs un Eiropā, identificēt biznesa eņģeļu priekšrocības un trūkumus un identificēt faktorus, kas ietekmē biznesa eņģeļu lēmumu finansējuma piešķiršanai, izdarīt secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus jaunuzņēmumiem piesaistot kapitālu no biznesa eņģeļiem. Bakalaura darba pirmajā daļā tiek pētīti biznesa eņģeļu izveidošanās aspekti, to būtība un veidi, ieguvumi un riski no šī alternatīvā finansēšanas veida izmantošanas, kā arī faktori, kas ietekmē biznesa eņģeļu lēmumu finansējuma piešķiršanai. Darba otrajā daļā tiek aplūkoti populārākie biznesa eņģeļu tīkli Eiropā un Baltijas valstīs, un veikta šo tīklu pašreizējās situācijas novērtēšana. Trešajā nodaļā tiek veikta pētījumu analīze un pētījuma salīdzināšana par faktoriem, kas ietekmē biznesa eņģeļu lēmumu piešķirt vai nepiešķirt finansējumu jaunuzņēmumam.

The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is, based on literature, internet resource and research analysis, to analyse the nature and types of business angels and the business angels network, their operation in the Baltic States and Europe, to identify the advantages and disadvantages of business angels, to draw conclusions and develop proposals for start - ups raising capital from business angels. The first chapter of the Bachelor’s thesis studies the aspects of the formation of business angels, their nature and types, as well as the benefits and risks of using this alternative type of financing, as well as the factors that influence the decision of business angels to grant funding. The second chapter deals with the most popular business angel networks in Europe and the Baltic States and evaluates the current situation of these networks. The third chapter analyses research and compares the research on the factors that influence the decision of business angels to grant or not grant funding to a start – up.
